Former Gunnison Prison inmate pleads guilty to manslaughter

A Utah State inmate pleaded guilty in Sixth District Court in Manti on Wednesday to manslaughter in the death of a fellow inmate at the Central Utah Correctional Facility. Cleo Cheney, 43, was incarcerated at the Gunnison prison with 62-year old Ted Davey. Cheney had been in prison since 2018 on robbery and aggravated robbery
