Former Governor of J&K and Ex- Union Minister Jagmohan Dies in Delhi

New Delhi: Former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir and ex-Union Minister Jagmohan Malhotra passed away on Monday, in Delhi after a prolonged illness. He was the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir for two terms, the first time from 1984 to 1989 and then again from January-May 1990. He was popularly known as 'Jagmohan'. He had also served as the Lt. Governor of Delhi and Governor of Goa. He was also India's Urban Development and Tourism Minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.
