Former Emerado city auditor accused of misusing, stealing more than $115,000 in city funds

Wendy Jane Sullivan faces two class A felony charges, which were filed in Grand Forks County district court on Tuesday, Jan. 9. The alleged crimes took place from 2019 to 2021.
