Former Baltimore police detective convicted of conspiracy and corruption charges in offshoot of Gun Trace Task Force case

A federal jury found former Baltimore Police Detective Robert Hankard guilty of corruption and conspiracy charges Monday, including allegations he conspired with others to plant a BB gun on a man in 2014 after another officer had run over them with their car.
