Former Albany, Minnesota, teacher gets probation for raping student

Daniel Sinclair Fragodt, 32, of Melrose, Minnesota, was sentenced to five years of probation following a plea agreement with the Stearns County Attorney's Office after he pleaded guilty to raping a former student.
