Forest Service rescinds enhanced fire restrictions - affects Watson, Blackwood and Luther Pass

LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU) has rescinded the enhanced fire restrictions on National Forest Lands in the Lake Tahoe Basin. Wood and charcoal fires are once again allowed in Blackwood Canyon, Luther Pass and Watson Lake undeveloped campgrounds with valid permits.
