Forest Service issues new guidelines for e-bike use

The U.S. Forest Service on Thursday issued national guidelines on e-bike use in areas such as the White River National Forest in the Roaring Fork Valley. E-bikes must stay on motorized routes. Expansion onto non-motorized can be considered but handled in a public review.
