Foreign Office updates travel advice for Brits travelling to Spain

The Foreign Office has updated their travel advice for Brits travelling to Spain.
Whilst the stay in UK restrictions are in place, you are only allowed to leave the UK from England if you have a reasonable excuse.
This applies to holders of UK and non-UK passports.
It is illegal to travel abroad without a reasonable excuse. Travel abroad for holidays is not permitted.
However, Brits who can demonstrate through documentary evidence an essential need to enter Spain, will be granted passage under current travel restrictions.
With this in mind, the Foreign Office has updated the latest travel advice for Spain, changing the rules about 'transiting Spain'.
