Food pantry to be hosted for Chippewa County residents

CHIPPEWA COUNTY — The United Way of the Eastern Upper Peninsula will be hosting a drive-thru mobile pantry for Chippewa County residents. 
The pantry will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the New Horizons Church of the Nazarene, located at 401 M-129 in Pickford. Volunteers will place food items in the trunks of cars. Those who are interested in this pantry must have room in their trunk for the items as volunteers will not make room. Remain parked while receiving food until a volunteer releases you. Cars are also not to block driveways.
