As Cebuanos commemorate All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day on Nov. 1 and 2, demand for candles and flowers at Carbon Public Market in Barangay Ermita, Cebu City, increases. Prices for flowers have gone up, but vendors assure that their prices are still reasonable. Local governments are urged to help reinforce reasonable prices for these goods.
