Florida State Fair postponed two months due to coronavirus pandemic
Originally planned for Feb. 11-22, organizers have pushed the start back to sometime in April.

Every year, the Florida State Fair in Tampa is touted as the first state fair of the year, giving it a jump on displays, rides and culinary creations such as a Cheeseburger on a Stick.
But with the coronavirus laying waste to events around the country, the fairâs board of directors has voted to postpone the event until April. It was originally scheduled for Feb. 11-22. An exact date hasnât been determined and will be based on health and safety developments, a spokeswoman said.
