Florida’s jobless rate in November remained unchanged from the month before as the jobs recovery slowed amid spikes in COVID-19 cases and more than 650,000 people remained jobless, the state said Friday.

The rate ended up the same as October after an adjustment for seasonal factors, the Department of Economic Opportunity announced, A year ago, the state’s jobless rate stood at 2.8%.
