Florida father fights for custody of his daughter after baby momma said his child died during birth and then put the newborn up for adoption without telling him

Brandon Marteliz has been trying to fight for his daughter back after he was told she was put up for adoption without his knowledge. The baby's mother initially told him that the child died at birth.
