This includes $3.85 million for a classroom, lab and office building on the Deltona campus, and $200,000 to bolster the nursing expansion that's already been under way in Flagler County. "What it does is add 120 seats to the nursing program in Palm Coast, and 90 seats in Deltona," LoBasso said. The Deltona chunk fully funds a new building to house a full nursing program, stenography, machining and another vocational program that will probably be HVAC training, he said.
