A teenager was washed away, when he went close to a water stream near Poonch town in the district on Monday. Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Poonch Basharat Hussain said the incident occurred when Zafar Ahmed (16) went close to an overflowing stream in the district and accidently fell into it.
