'Tears of joy' as hundreds attend Juneteenth celebration in Boynton Beach – Sun Sentinel

The city of Boynton Beach, Florida, hosted its third annual Juneteenth event Sunday afternoon at Sara Sims Park, with an estimated 300 people in attendance. To organizers, it was a surprisingly large and encouraging turnout.
