Five years later: Community seeks justice for Willie McCoy

On Feb. 9, 2019 McCoy was shot at least 51 times by six Vallejo officers outside of the then Taco Bell drive-thru on Admiral Callaghan Lane. Although five years have gone by, the family and community members revisited the site for a vigil in his honor.
