Jessica Walton, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Walton, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Division.
