Fitch Downgrades Ratings of 31 Russian Banks

Rating agency Fitch has downgraded the Long-Term Foreign Currency (LTFC) Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) of 31 Russian banks from “B” to “CC” and Short-Term IDRs from “B” to “C”.
