First floating villa unveiled at Dubai Kempinski Palace resort

UAE construction group El Bahrawy has unveiled Neptune, the first floating villa as part of the $435-million Kempinski Floating Palace resort project, which comprises a floating hotel surrounded by 48 luxury mobile villas, in Dubai Palm Marina.
