First 4 of 6 new tenants open at this longtime shopping center

One of Harrisburg’s longtime shopping centers has welcomed a number of new tenants.
Four new businesses have recently opened at the Kline Plaza shopping center in Harrisburg, and another business and a nonprofit will open at the shopping center as well.
Jocelyn Crawley plans to open a nonprofit in memory of her mother Olivia.
HLCO which stands for Higher Level Community Outreach will open in an upstairs space at Kline Plaza. HLCO is expected to open next month in space 60.
“This is a very special program catered to motivate, mentor and develop educational opportunities for disadvantaged, homeless and at risk youths,” Kevin Nassimi, vice president of leasing at Nassimi Realty said in an e-mail.
