Firm co-founded by major Shamrock Rovers shareholder sells 49pc stake for AU$1bn

Shamrock Rovers co-owner Ray Wilson’s infrastructure investment firm Plenary Group has been valued at around AU$2bn (€1.2bn) after selling a 49pc stake to a fund controlled by the oil rich government of Abu Dhabi.
