FireWatch: Mountain Fire crosses containment lines, new Evacuation Orders issued

UPDATE: The Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that the Mountain Fire has crossed containment lines. A CalFire afternoon update lists the wildfire west of Weed as 70% contained.
