Volunteer firefighters in Cattaraugus County helped two people get out of their vehicle that had overturned and was partially submerged in water following a crash over the weekend.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office detailed the incident, which occurred at about 5:45 p.m. Saturday on Route 62 in Conewango. Deputies found the vehicle on its side in a ditch while also partially in water.
Two people, who were not identified, were assisted out of the vehicle with the assistance of the Conewango Fire Department. They were evaluated by Randolph Regional EMS.
