MODOC COUNTY, Calif. - Crews are responding to a fire near Davis Creek near South Mountain Reservoir in the Modoc National Forest, the U.S. Forest Service said.
The Juniper Fire is about 50 to 75 acres as multiple ground and air resources are on the scene.
The Forest Service said to avoid the area and be aware of increased traffic.
