Fiona creates more habitat for piping plover but no big boost expected

There is more habitat for piping plovers on P.E.I. beaches in the wake of post-tropical storm Fiona. But experts who study the endangered bird say that will not necessarily mean a boost in numbers, because habitat isn't the biggest challenge, humans are.
