Finnish climate minister ready to step up EU's climate goals

Minister of Climate and the Environment Kai Mykkänen (NCP) believes the EU should set itself the goal of reducing emissions by 90 per cent by 2040. A number of member states, Finland included, are presently struggling to reach the 55-per-cent target set for 2030.
