Figures reveal how many people in St Helens have had two doses of Covid-19 vaccine
The number of people to have had both doses of the Covid-19 vaccine in St Helens is growing steadily
NEARLY half of people in St Helens have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, figures reveal.
NHS data shows 69,866 people had received both jabs by May 16 – 47 per cent of those aged 16 and over, based on the latest population estimates from the Office for National Statistics.
Of those to have received both jabs, 60,554 were aged 40 and over – 63 per cent of the age group.
It means 9,312 people aged between 16 and 39 have received both doses.
