Next time you are texting and driving or trying to hide that you are beware, you might just be caught by an FHP officer driving an 18 wheeler. Extra state troopers along Florida Highways are part of Operation Safe DRIVE, which stands for Distracted Reckless Impaired Visibility Enforcement. Troopers say most crashes are avoidable.
