Covid-19 may have prevented their annual Christmas concert going ahead, but music lovers can enjoy the newly released festive EP from Suantrai Female Vocal Ensemble.
Directed by Arklow woman Sara Clancy, fans of the vocal ensemble will have the chance to hear their dulcet tones on the new EP which features three previously unreleased Christmas tracks.
The songs were recorded at Jimi Hemp Recording Studios, with the assistance of sound engineer Anthony Proctor in 2019. Suantrai director Sara Clancy said she is 'delighted that the choir and their supporters have something festive to look forward to in what has been a very trying year for the arts. Choral Singing has been missing from our lives for far too long now, and Suantrai Female Vocal Ensemble hopes to return to rehearsing and performing again in 2021.'
