Is this the beginning of the end for Ferrari's with Grammy-worthy engine notes?
Late last year, Ferrari said that it's unlikely that the company will ever have an entirely all-electric fleet. At the time, we knew that the Italian marque did, however, intend on unveiling a pure-electric vehicle by the year 2030. It seems that this timeline has been moved forward. In a statement from the chairman and acting CEO John Elkann at the company's annual general meeting, he announced that the brand would reveal its first electric car in the year 2025. Coincidentally, this is the same year that Aston Martin intends to build its own first electric sports car.
