Fernando Navarrete has become the first confirmed entry for the inaugural season of TCR Spain, whilst also confirming that he will return to take part in selected TCR Europe events in 2021.
Navarrete, 40, made his TCR Europe début in last year’s season finale at Jarama, racing a Peugeot 308 TCR run by SMC Junior Motorsport. His best result was 15
th in race one.
The Spaniard will return to TCR Europe in some capacity in 2021, at a yet-to-be-confirmed event, whilst also focussing on a full season in TCR Spain, which was announced recently.

Navarrete was a title contender in the 2019 Spanish Touring Car Championship (CET) and is expecting strong competition in TCR Spain in 2021.
