Fern Britton has shared a photo of her daughter Grace on her 24th birthday, and fans think they look so alike.
The TV presenter and author was wishing Grace a very Happy Birthday on Twitter, and posted a photo of her enjoying lunch as they celebrated the day together.
"Grace is 24! A mum and daughter lunch," Fern tweeted.
Fans and friends were loving the picture, with many commenting on the their resemblance.
