Fermanagh and Omagh Council chief executive Alison McCullagh.
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council has overwhelmingly voted in favour of a rates increase of 1.37 per cent for the 2021/22 year for the domestic rate, as recommended by officials.
The striking of the 1.37 per cent increase in the District Rate results in a 0.6 per cent increase in the overall rates bill for Fermanagh and Omagh domestic and non-domestic ratepayers for 2021-2022.
Our rates are made up of the Domestic Rate set by Fermanagh and Omagh Council and the Regional Rate set by Government. The Regional Rate for 2021/22 was frozen in January by the Finance Minister at Stormont.
