Female PC who 'urinated in Urban Outfitters fitting room' weeps as boss calls her 'excellent'

Pc Amelia Shearer, of Cleveland Police, reportedly left a pool of urine on the floor of an Urban Outfitters in York just minutes after being told their were no toilets for customers.
