TALENT, Ore. — Staff from the Federal Emergency Management Agency will return to Jackson County to offer support for wildfire survivors who have not successfully submitted claims, the Jackson County Emergency Operations Center said in a statement.
“The FEMA process can be confusing or difficult for survivors,” said EOC director John Vial. “We are grateful that FEMA is taking the extra effort to reengage with survivors and assist them through this process.”
