Felon, 35, charged in parking lot shooting at Tin Roof in Birmingham's Lakeview District, held on $750,000 bond

Deandre Duran Moore, 34, is charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to court records made public Friday. More arrests are expected.
