School principal Glen Richardson said parents could be assured the school buildings met Building Code requirements when they were built.
“And we have procedures and systems in place to ensure our students and staff are safe in the event of an emergency,” Richardson said.
“We will continue to work with the council, the Ministry of Education and GNS Science as further information becomes available.”
