Feds Reportedly Move to Seize Casanova's Assets in New Indictment

Previously, a judge denied Casanova’s request for a $2.5 million bail. The judge reportedly had a concern about Casanova posing a danger to the community. Now, reports surfaced noting that the feds are unveiling a new indictment against Casanova along with the United Gorilla Stone Nation.
The new indictment added five new racketeering charges against Gorilla Stone, and it was also noted that a new arrest was made, as Donovan “Donnie Love” Hillard was charged with aggravated identity theft.
Charges added also included two counts of attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon. The charges are related to a shooting that allegedly involved Casanova. The shooting reportedly left a rival gang member in the hospital. Prosecutors are also asking a judge to seize the property or contractual rights of any kind related to the alleged racketeering by the gang. Stay tuned for more updates.
