NEW BRITAIN — A man was charged on a federal indictment this week after investigators seized a kilo of fentanyl, hundreds of grams of cocaine and two guns during a search of a city apartment, according to prosecutors.
A federal grand jury in Hartford returned a four-court indictment Thursday that charged Jose Miguel Vega-Rivera, 49, a citizen of the Dominican Republic who was recently living in New Britain, with federal fentanyl and cocaine offenses.
