Federal manhunt underway for Balch Springs murder suspect

The U.S. Marshals are looking for a North Texas man wanted for shooting and killing another man in Balch Springs nearly three months ago. It's the first time anyone in law enforcement has acknowledged the murder or said they were looking for a suspect.
