Federal judge dismisses Warren Mayor Fouts' lawsuit – Macomb Daily

A federal lawsuit alleging violation of Constitutional rights filed last month by Warren Mayor James Fouts against the city council, city clerk, Macomb County Clerk and Warren Election Commission was dismissed Tuesday by U.S. District Court Judge George Steeh.
