Federal judge denies Parler request for order forcing Amazon to reinstate pro-Trump platform

In a scathing ruling Thursday, a federal judge denied Parler’s request for an order forcing Amazon Web Services to reinstate the pro-Trump platform pending the outcome of a legal battle.
“The likelihood of Parler prevailing on its claims is not a close call. Parler’s allegations at this time are both inaccurate and unsupported,” Seattle-based U.S. District Judge Barbara Jacobs Rothstein wrote in her order denying Parler’s request for a preliminary injunction.
