Federal grant will push phase one renovations to completion at East Smithfield Neighborhood Center

SMITHFIELD – Smithfield has secured a $295,000 grant through Congressman David Cicilline’s office from the House-passed spending package to support phase one renovations of the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center.
