STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The FDNY responded to a fire on the second floor of a Livingston home Monday afternoon.
The blaze prompted an “all-hands” response of 60 firefighters and 12 units at around 6:37 p.m. to 24 Davis Ct., according to an official from the FDNY press office.
Numerous FDNY vehicles lined Davis Avenue near the small, narrow dead end street where the fire occurred, and multiple other trucks squeezed onto Davis Court to reach the home. The second floor of the residence appeared to sustain interior damage.
