Decision to certify results of the vote and the recount for joe biden. Its just all part of the chaos theyre created in the state of georgia, the mess. And the battle for the white house goes on. Joining us tonight to talk all of this up, Pennsylvania State congressman seth grove. He was supposed to chair a hearing today in pennsylvania talking to officials of dominion Voting Machines. But instead, dominion has lawyered up and backed out of that hearing. Well find out why. Were also joined by Trump Legal Team member jenna ellis and Judicial Watch president tom fitton with us tonight as well, one of the republican canvass Board Members in wayne county, michigan, monica palmer, who was threatened, intimidated, harassed until she awe greed to certify results agreed to certify results. Who are the radical dems, what have they become and why are we tolerating them . Well have her story this evening. Pastor Robert Jeffress joins us as well. And we begin tonight with President Trump promising today to never give up his fight for the American People. The president making his first pluck appearance in a week public appearance in a week in the White House Briefing room. President trump announced two new rules to dramatically cut the price of prescription drugs, a move that big pharma, washington lob buttists and their bought lobbyists and their bought and paid for elected officials oppose. The president says those groups and others are part of the deep state and radical dem efforts to bring down his presidency. For generations the American People have been abused by big pharma and their army of lawyers, lobbyists and bought and paid for politicians. But ive been loyal to the special interests, ive been loyal to our patients and our people that need drugs, prescription drugs, and devoted myself to completely fighting for the American People. You see that. This is not an easy thing to do. Big pharma ran millions of dollars of negative advertising against me during the campaign. Which i won, by the way, but, you know, well find that out. Almost 74 million votes. We had big pharma against us, we had the media against us, we had big tech against us, we had a lot of dishonesty against us. Lou and a lot of political corruption. President trump also praising the development of operation warp speed. Operation warp speed accelerating china virus vaccines from pfizer, moderna and others. Pfizer today filing with the fda for an emergency use authorization of its vaccine, a vaccine that pfizer says is 95 effective. President trump, however, says those biotechs held back positive news about the development of the vaccines. In one case by six days after the election. And the other announced thirteen days after of the election. And there is considerable reason to believe that those companies and others may have known about the effectiveness of those vaccines as early as october 22ndment 22nd. Heres what the president had to say today. Pfizer and others even decided to not assess the result of their vaccine. In other words, not come out with a vaccine until just after the election. Thats because of what i did with favored nations and these other elements. Instead of their original plan to assess the data in october. So they were going to come out in october, but they decided to delay it because of what im doing. Which is fine with me because, frankly, this is just a very big thing. Lou and the president , you may recall, predicted that there would be a, that that very well might be the case if they would attempt to do so. President trump not only fighting for the American People, fighting against big pharma and other vested interests across the country, but also for a free and fair election. For the integrity of our electoral system. Members of the president s own party, however, making a mess of the election and the recount in the state of georgia and other states as well, but focusing on georgia. Rino secretary of state Brad Rathensberger just moments ago finally certified the election for the, for joe biden for a second time today. Rathensbergers office made the same call earlier before later withdrawing the certification. We had no explanation for the secretary of states office, but that is pretty much the custom, apparently, of the georgia secretary of state. President trump has gently chided i would put it that way georgia republicans for the way theyve handled the states recount. He tweeted this today the governor of georgia and the secretary of state refuse to let us looked at signatures which would expose hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots and give the Republican Party and me, david perdue and perhaps Kelly Loeffler a big victory. Another recount has begun in wisconsins two largest counties. Officials have until december 1st to complete the recount in milwaukee and dane counties. The intent of the recount, of course, is to throw out tens of thousands of defective mailin ballots that may be missing legallyrequired information and signatures on them. In pennsylvania a state court has cleared a potential legal pathway to victory for President Trump. The court ruling that 2300 ballots in Allegheny County surrounding pittsburgh can be thrown out of a state senate race, in fact, must be. The ballots were deemed invalid because they were missing a printed date, and that violates state law. The judge in that case saying directly that other, other jurisdictions in pennsylvania should follow suit as well. And that, of course, in favor of the Trump Campaign. Theyve identified hundreds of thousands of ballots that republican poll watchers were blocked from seeing, if checking and validating from checking and validating. Those ballots may be missing as well similarly required information. Rudy giuliani says the ballots need to be thrown out and immediately. In pennsylvania where we have probably our most precise evidence, 682,770 of these ballots were cast, put in, and they werent inspected. Which renders them ballots that are null and void, cannot be counted, have to be removed from the, from the vote. Lou should those votes be thrown out . President trump will far exceed joe bidens current 81,000vote lead in pennsylvania should they do so. Also at issue in pennsylvania, the use of dominion voting systems machines and software. Dominion was used to cast 19 of the votes in pennsylvania. Their ceo was supposed to testify this morning before the State Government committee. But according to its committee chairman, seth grove, dominion bailed on the hearing at the very last moment. And joining us tonight is seth grove, republican Pennsylvania State representative. And, mr. Grove, first, thanks for being with us here. Good to have you. And what happened . Dominion was going to be transparent, they were going to be clear or about what transpired through the evening and mornings of november 3rd and 4th. And suddenly they didnt appear. What happened . Lou, thank you for having me and happy thanksgiving. Today we attempted to have a honest and open dialogue with nip onvoting systems. They operate elections machines in 14 of our counties. It consists of 1. 3 million voters, about 19 of total votes cast in pennsylvania use the dominion voting machine including in my home county and myself. Lou right. Obviously, theres a lot of alleged conduct by dominion. We wanted to got to the bottom of it. And actually, dominion approached us. They provided the committee a white paper of kind of facts and fictions and said anything you need, we want to be there to help address with your constituents and individuals. Were reading all these accusations, they want to insure that their vote actually counted for, there wasnt any misconduct by Voting Machine Companies in the election here in pennsylvania and across the country. Lou right. Unfortunately, we didnt have that opportunity today. We asked them if they wanted to come in for an informational hearing which is kind of the lowest level hearing you can get. They werent sworn in, it was virtual, it was more of a relaxed atmosphere of conversation and questions with both republican and Democrat Members of the committee. And they decided at 8 30 last night that, when discussing with their attorneys, they decided not to move forward because of alleged and potential litigation. Which is very disheartening because anybody, any legislative committee, any legislative body in the country should be fearful because if were going to face testimony in front of the public, particularly for an entity that we purchased their machines, taxpayer money was expended to provide a public good, can walk away from any Committee Hearing based on alleged litigation, how are we ever going to do oversight and insure that anything that truly happened lou well, ill tell you the answer to that, you know the answer to that, youre going to have to subpoena them. Youre going to have to carry out an investigation. And you know thats going to take time, and its going to be probably too late in many instances for decisions that have to be taken in the next couple of weeks. But the reality here is that dominion right now has an opportunity to be fort forth fort coming, to explain how their decision was, why they took decisions that they did, why these allegations against them are invalid. But instead we have a situation, mr. Grove, where the state of pennsylvania and other jurisdictions dont even know who run these companies. They have, they have officers, but we dont know the ownership. Do you know who owns dominion . Do you know where the servers are . We have no idea. Nope, we have no idea. We dont know what kind of yeah. Lou this is stunning. We dont know what kind of software they use, yeah. Lou this is all over the country. Where do they get with contracts . Right. And, you know, this is certification processes for every state. Texas denied theirs in 2018. Pennsylvania passed theirs. So states really need to look at their cert9 my e case process and certify caution process to insure we dont have the situation. Dominions the only voting machine i know of that has any allegations against it whatsoever. They still havent addressed their issues in georgia. They say it wasnt a glitch, but they admitted they sent people down there to do some work of some problem with their election machines. Thats the problem. People dont know. People want transparency, and they have and and you were spot on, lou. They had the opportunity to come forward in a public forum to address these concerns and wipe away any doubt with the use of their machines, you know . If i were a dominion ceo or employee, i would take that to heart and say, yeah, we want the opportunity to publicly discuss our machines because we know they work, we know they were accurate, and they provided the support and needed process to insure we have fair administered elections in every jurisdiction whether it was pennsylvania, georgia, wisconsin, michigan. And they didnt take that. Instead, they walked away and didnt provide any transparency or openness to the people of pennsylvania. And, basically, they unfortunately, i think they themselves are starting to validate those accusations that they say arent true because of it. Lets start with, you know, i dont think we can make too much of anything mitt romney says except now he is calling black, white and white black when he says the president is acting undemocratic by trying to preserve electoral and establish electoral integrity. Your reaction to senator very, very quickly if you would. Its really embarrassing that a sitting United States senator doesnt understand how the court of law or the u. S. Constitution works. And, clearly, he just wants to get camera time and make a name for himself. Thats the same thing he did during the impeachment, and its just what weve come to expect from mitt romney. Its meaningless, absolutely embarrassing. Lou pennsylvania. Dominion walks away from an opportunity to defend itself and to explain itself and how well it operated its machines and software in the election, at least in 14 counties in pennsylvania. They decided not to. How bug how big is dominion in the Trump Legal Teams efforts to restore integrity to the electoral system . Well, i think its a really big question for all of americans. Right now we dont have any specific dominionrelated allegations in our three lawsuits in michigan, pennsylvania and nevada. But, of course, were looking into this. And, you know, lou, what i think is really important for the American People to consider and for you and i to care about Election Integrity like we should as americans is why when you have even the ceos of big tech who are willing to come and talk to congress, and theyre willing to answer for their algorithms, for their suppression of conservative content and all this. You have this company who isnt willing to come forward and simply answer questions. That should raise suspicion in the American Peoples mind of what theyre doing lou well, thats exactly right, jenna. Youre exactly right. And what i dont understand is those suspicions have been articulated on this broadcast, for example, and i know others as well for now weeks, for weeks. Why isnt the legal team involving themselves in the issue of the integrity of those Voting Machines and what transpired . To not be considering that is somewhat astonishing to me. Well, were certainly considering that lou its wonderful to give a speech to the American People what they should do, but what the hell are you doing . Yes. Well, and thats why i just want to be very clear about making sure theres no confusion about what our current lawsuits are doing which is trying to not have states certify the results before we can actually get support lou no, no, theres no confusion, or jenna. We report on what youre doing here faithfully. Theres no confusion well lou there are two issues here. Yes. Lou there are the mailin ballots primarily, which you and the legal team to believe to be rife with fraud, and there are the Software Operations of those machines, principally dominion, where it appears categorically that there are anomalies, irregularities that may rise to fraud. Am i correct in that description . It appears so, and thats why were taking this very seriously. We have to look and pursue all Legal Options that are available. And the thing, fact of the matter is, lou, these machines are actually in the cus duh of these election officials. Right now i would certify it as election official fraud. When they are going against their own state legislatures law, thats what were mainly challenging, and thats the pathway to victory for Election Integrity, to make sure that we keep the constitution and the law appropriately with the state legislatures. But i think its a question, absolutely, of these machines what they were doing, why these socalled glitches were only in favor of joe biden rather than President Trump. But were being asked to put together this investigation very, very quickly and bring this forward, and were doing that as expeditiously as possible. So, of course, were looking into it, but i want to be clear where the Legal Process is right now. Lou the issue in pennsylvania, you feel that you have a path forward now for victory there depending upon the rulings of courts and particularly the Supreme Court. How confident are you tonight about what the prospects are in the state of pennsylvania . I think we have a very solid case that should be moving forward in court because we had evidence that over 682,000 votes were illegally counted. We deserve our day in court, and i hope that the judge will give us that opportunity and deny the motion to dismiss. If he grants that, we will certainly appeal, and well move forward with the process as quick ally as possible because were on constitutional deadlines. But im very confident that if we get our day in court, that the American People will see but more importantly, a court of law will see that this election was stolen and that President Trump was actually the victor of this election, but that Election Integrity has to be preserved not just for this election, but for every election after this one. Lou the president has to move from victim to victor. The president also, i think, requires advocates not supplicants before those courts because it suggests to us that justice is a far cry from, well, proximity in pennsylvania. But i applaud and appreciate you being with us tonight to tell your story and what has transpired in wayne county, one of the most controversial locations, a state where we saw so much happening just before our cameras. The boarding up of cardboard over windows to prevent the public from seeing whats going on. Get tell us why, first of all, you did not want to certify the results in wayne county. You and one other republican member of the board of canvassers. When we were given a verbal executive summary of the precincts to find out the over under reports whether the precincts were balanced or unbalanced, there were an excessive number of presints that were unbalanced without explanation. And it is the job of the canvass to find the explanations and the difference in the balance. Therefore, in my opinion, we did not have complete and accurate documentation for the total number of votes on the precincts that didnt have explanations, and that is why i voted no. Lou that is one of the requirements, is for the canvassers to find that balance and to have an explanation for the imbalance, correct . That is correct. Lou and so that Board Meeting in wayne county was underway, there was video streaming of it, there was some contention in the room, and it was going out to everyone. And suddenly the video streaming of a Public Meeting was interrupted. It was stopped. What happened when the cameras went off . Im not sure how the camera stopped. I wasnt operating the laptop. But during public commentary by the chair, pulled me aside into the back warehouse and offered a suggestion on a one win solution that would get wayne county Election Results certified and would provide a route to get explanations to the precincts that were out of balance unexplained at that point. And offered me a personal guarantee that he had Higher Authority promised him that we could get an audit done, a come prehence i, independent audit. And that comprehensive, independent audit should be able to provide the explanations that are currently missing. And its for that reason only that i voted for the certification, was knowing that we would have an audit that would provide the explanations for the differences. Lou right. But, of course, thats not occurred, and you have been threatened, youve been harassed. What are the most serious threats against you and your family . Ive received Text Messages with awful, awful photos of naked women and then a photo of my daughter that was pulled off line and a note letting me know that thats what was going to happen to my daughter and that im viewed as a terrorist and that my husband and my daughter and i should all fear for our lives. My employer or has been harassed. A wedding, bridal shop that i shared a post from i dont know how long ago, theyve been harassed because i shared a post on my page on twitter. Weve watched the country be harassed and intimidated from may through august with street violence across the largest democratrun cities. Here he is flatly denying with, im sure, certain knowledge that any fraud took place. I have been troubled like, i think, every american whether youre a republican or democrat or independent should be troubled when you start having attempts to block, negate, overturn the peoples vote when theres no actual evidence that there was anything illegal or fraudulent taking place. Anyone who says theres no evidence of fraud is either willfully ugh significant or lying to you. You can say when the fraud is enough to change the outcome of the election or what notice should be given to it by legislatures or by congress when they vote Electoral College votes or certify them in january. But to say theres no evidence of fraud is, is an irresponsible, to put it charitably. We have allegations in pennsylvania that votes by the hundreds of thousands were illegally counted, and and we cant verify those votes as being legitimate as a result. We have affidavits in Court Swearing that issues arose in the counting of ballots. Theres a complaint in nevada. 15,000 instances of double voting it looks like, votes where they were 15,000 votes that occurred in two states. Thats evidence of fraud. To say otherwise, that might be politically useful, but it aint true. Lou well, its not true, and the fact of the matter is, it it is state after state after state and most of those battleground states in which that fraud could determine who the president elect really is, whether it would be President Trump or whether it would be joe biden. But right now i dont think most americans and i dont think, by the way, theres anything wrong at all with what im about to say i think most americans dont believe a damn thing theyre being told about the outcome of this election because theyre, frankly, just too many questions. We dont even know, talking earlier with a Pennsylvania State republican leader and elected official, they dont even know who the owners of dominion Voting Machines and voting software, they dont know who they are because theyre private companies. Finish the same with ess, and it goes on and on and on. Theres just no explanation. And when they had an opportunity to give an explanation today to the Pennsylvania State legislature, they decided not to. Yeah. Were not allowed to ask questions. Only the left is allowed to ask questions. And were not allowed to vindicate our civil rights. Only the left is allowed to pursue civil rights lawsuits. The lawsuit that the president s team is pursuing in pennsylvania, its a civil rights lawsuit. We have a right as americans to vindicate our right to vote which is a core civil right. The left doesnt believe that. They dont believe that anyone who votes against candidates they may or may not like has the right to lou well, they dont they dont believe that the constitution or any, any access to the rule of law through the court system applies to people they dont like. Its totalitarianism as far as im concerned. They would, you know, they tried to throw this president out illegally, and now their telling him he cant exercise his rights under the constitution. They are attacking the president s right to defend himself in court in a way that lou so where is the republican, where is the Republican Party . Why arent people standing up for this president . Why is the Republican Party made up of so many milquetoast, softbellied let me rephrase it. Why are they so timid . And why do they lack fight, and why do they insist they are principled but dont have the courage to defend principle or their own party or their own government . You know, all i know is what theyve been doing, and theres this go along get along attitude here in washington d. C. And you can see if you the stick your head up as the president has done repeatedly over the years what happens. They wont just disagree with you, they will try to destroy you. And the reason President Trump has been so upsetting to the left and the establishment is he doesnt care. Hes, you know, hes independently wealthy. Hell have a life after the presidency whether it be in january or four years from now. And he doesnt care. And hes willing to say and do things that no other politician in this town would be willing to do, or few others would be, because he doesnt play this game lou so why is mitt romney they play. Lou why is mitt romney so gutless, says the president standing up for electoral integrity is undemocratic . This man, he tried lou what is he . He trued to remove him in an Election Year with his coup impeachment process. And the irony is, in my view, mitt romney had the election stolen from him in plain sight because the obama irs suppressed the entire Tea Party Movement and shut down president obamas then most significant political opposition in a way that insured his reelection. Romney has been oblivious to that. And then he goes ahead and votes for a coup impeachment of the president of the United States in an Election Year based on nothing . [laughter] well, i new im going to listen to i think im going to listen to gods word rather than w. H. O. When it comes to worship. Look, one of the things going on since we last talked, lou, was Governor Cuomo actually doubled down in his appeal to the Supreme Court on why he ought to be allowed to place no restrictions on pet stores, Liquor Stores and bug box stores, but Big Box Stores but put oppressive restrictions on churches. Look, the answer is simple. I mean, the fact is what cuomo is doing is not only inequitable, its unconstitutional. There is no First Amendment right for a liquor store to be open, but the bible or the constitution gives an absolute right for churches to be open. Our forefathers thought worship was so essential that they carved out a special exception for it in the First Amendment. And, lou are, my real concern is once this pandemic is over, and it is going to be over sooner rather than later because of the great leadership of President Trump and operation warp speed, but once it is past, we want to make sure that the constitution is the survivor and not a casualty of the china virus. Lou well, we sure, we sure do. But before we get there, i think we need to recognize whats going on because cuomo is leading a state that is, much of it, decidedly left of wing. Were seeing left wing. Were seeing an authoritarian streak in the left that they are no longer embarrassed to exhibit. This is really a very difficult moment, but it is the also a revelatory moment. People should understand what the Democratic Party is. Its become a party of hate, it is authoritarian. The entire left is authoritarian. And they mean to control the lives of everyone of their constituents. And the republicans, of course, get caught in that when they lose elections. Which is also a remind orer to republicans reminder to republicans that elections have consequences. You would not see a golf like cuomo a governor like cuomo in the astronaut of texas, for example in the state of texas, for example. First of all, hed be run out of the state. What do you think . Well, thats absolutely right. And the democrats are a party of restriction, theyre a party of big government. And, look, were seeing in a lot of these democrat states an attempt to try to even regulate how you celebrate thanksgiving. Ive got a pastor friend in another state who says that people, more people are allowed to attend a funeral than a thanksgiving gathering next week. And so hes telling his members to call their thanksgiving gatherings a funeral for a turkey, and theyll be okay. But, i mean, that is just absurd, whats going on you should these democrat leaders. Under these democrat leaders. Lou its absurd or but its also telling. Yeah. Lou they start telling us what we can or cannot do to celebrate thanksgiving. They then will tell us what we can or cannot do to celebrate christmas. And the level of passivity and apathy on the part of americans right now putting up with all of this nonsense, its truly disturbing. What are you advising pastors around the country to do as they confront these orders to lock down and shut down their churches and their congregations and also refuse to celebrate thanksgiving or christmas . Lou, we can be socially distanced, we can practice good safety matters, but we cant shut down. And as the bible says, we need to obey god rather than man.
