You know, when we look at a we look at what does it mean for liquidity for corporations because at the engsd of the day investors look at what do we do with this and cutting that liquidity off is likely going to be an event that is going to be negative for the market. But what we also watch within that liquidity is what is going on with the dollar here, and what we are anticipating is that that could possibly weaken the dollar but the more importantly, it is beginning to create volatility so once again were getting news we dont know thats gong to happen. If they actually going to shut this down to this point less lick wedty four people cant be great for the economy. So if the dollar weak finance does that change your investing allocation do you want to invest with a weaker dollar . So what we look for is less of what it is going to be strong or weak dollar we look for what is the volatility and what Companies Really understand how to manage through the volatile time were actually looking for much more volatility wnl within market coming and what company do it well so like anheuserbusch theyre losing large amount of money on this thing. So do apple not doing it well oarngd we have an an amazon doing extremely well and Large Companies doing it very well managing that currency and their liquidity and we help them do it well. So, my expect to have volatility and were going to have good news such as hopefully pfizer and at the end of the day you have to look for values in these things for companies that know how to manage through times who has done well through times of this volatile time for pretty much all of 2020 and who is not doing so well and look at the financials look at what theyre doing and quite frankly were asking ceo to seriously tack look at how well are they equipped to continue to manage their liquidity which isnt just related to dollar but a lot about supply and financing it is about the lifeline of the company being liquidity how we managing. Maria do you want when you say value do you want to stay away from tech . Where is the value wolf gang . [laughter] well actually i like the tax personally because at the end of the day what i think narcotic is understanding more and more especially reoccurring revenue model where you have companies who walk into the year on the beginning with knowing that theyre goifng 97 of their revenue already by year end so i dont think that the stock, tech is over with. I think people are understanding what soflt ware the services companies, and to the Service Companies are doing about and i think it is important to look at those so i wouldnt count text out yet all all so i would look from all sector not just the tech sector and what Companies Know mow to manage through areas for a financial perspective. And with the treasury declining to extend these programses, that are tied to the Federal Reserve stimulus, are you expecting to sell off in stocks as a result it have this to year end how would you see the year end Market Performance . I would think it is going to be mixed at the end of the day were going to get get some bad news like that that wouldnt be particularly good and then were going to get really good news i think that anything that resolves the coronavirus is going to be more positive than cutting systems out so if you actually have the a vaccine ready to go and thats true that would go way beyond were not going to have to use a package to do so. But the, you know, theres still a lot of fortunately mortality lower than it was earlier in the year. So i think we need to continue to reopen and, obviously, vaccine is great news. I on the other hand am building phone calls every day from friends whose businesses are gong under not really because of a lockdown and they can no longer operate at, you know, at 30 of their revenue from where it was a year ago. Some of that is a lockdown but some of it is of american who is go out there there and move around and travel because requires is still a problem. Well, of course, theyre not going to respond and admit anything, i mean, thats, of course, a denial. But what we want is to make sure is that we can inspect these machines and just see what is actually in the possession of these Election Officials and so when importantly i think these are questions that American People have a right to have the answers to before the Election Results are cert if id so even in my home state of colorado, ive received multiple emails just since yesterday from people who were local prosecutors, and other Election Officials themselves who have really tight concern about dominion and showing how even the shift in colorado has impacted the local election it is there. So i think that these are questions again that the American People deserve to have answers to. Now, im reading story theyre calling this dominion employee a antitrumper selfidentified at dominion votings systems apparently admitted on social media to rigging Voting Machines in order to prevent President Trump from winning reelection. In an interview, he said he secretly infiltrated a chapter overheard discussions involving eric from dominion and role in steer the election is this something that youre looking at . Yes. Were looking at that and that particular individual actually provided sworn affidavit to our legal team this is serious were looking into these allegations ive seen the facebook potion and social media post that this particular informant is referring to again these are questions that American People deserve to have answer it is to. And not just about dominion but also about the systemic widespread problems with Election Officials not following the state legislature laws. The constitution requires that only the state legislatures can have election laws and theyre the only ones who can make those so when you have executive branch Election Officials that arent abiding by those this is election official fraud this election was stolen and we know that for a fact. Yeah. Jenna yesterday you outlined how there are constitutional procedural safeguards against corruption and foreign influence in election it is that should be put into place. I want you to go through why youre not bringing more evidence out now. I mean the press continues to say, you know, you dont have the evidence when will you be unveiling this evidence to tell people how you intend to prove that, in fact, this was Election Fraud . How long how much time do you need to do this and will you be able to present the case get heard, and prove these findings . Well working on a very tight timeline because of the constitutional requirements here for when the Electoral College meets and, of course, the deadline of january 20th, 2021 if thunderstorm a normal lifespan we would be working on this for years asked to do this in a short time frame and evidence that we have, of course, we can prove in court. Were not trying this in court of Public Opinion well be trying this in a court of law. Maria okay do you expect this to go to the Supreme Court jenna . I think eventually yes we will end up filing petition but we have to go through the process and thats why were in federal court right now working our way through the appellate process and where we need to. I think that as mayor said yesterday, we do anticipate that eventually this will get up to the Supreme Court. Maria jenna real quick youre going to come back in 8 a. M. , however, but can you tell us evidence that you have that you plan to prove. So we have sworn affidavits. We have from these Election Officials who have seen a wide variety of problems with how the Election Officials have been told to not follow the law as well as voter intimidation and also all of this evidence with dominion so question of a wide variety of issues in at least six states. James freeman whats your reaction to all of this . Well, its still a very tall hill to climb if thet to get judges to stop the pends states certifications of Election Results in various places. If i heard it correctly jenna ellis was saying they want a judge to give them time to exam dominion voting systems i dont think thats going to happen. I think a judge would only take the extreme step of delaying a certification if she is presenting specific evidence of a fraud that would change the outcome. So i think still have to consider this a long shot but theyre going to get their day in court in various venues. They have been getting those days in court and theyll continue and well see over the next week if they can persuade any judges that these certifications should not happen. Maria you think were going to know how significant this evidence is within the next two weeks . I would think we would have to. Because otherwise its the process rolls along and winner is declared. Look i think that the trump team has had about two weeks to gather evidence they still have a little bit more time december 8 as the going to be date that Everybody Needs to start focusing on because under federal law, when the legislature chosen by various states it is going to be given the presumption of con clues ofnd both in the public court of opinion and public of law and made significant claims about how this election was conducted but now they have to come forward with the evidence both in terms of the public but also to satisfy federal rule of civil procedure and federal rule of evidence so well see what they come forward with it the suits theyre saying theyre going to be filing shortly. Maria which is why weve been following this closely we want this to move through the court so that the courts can decide and we can have a full understanding of what is at stake. Bill i dont know about you but its quite disheart tong hear from those canvassers in a michigan county initially did not want to certify results but forced to certify results because they were bully online and both said okay you know what, were not going to roll over and get threatened by thugs. And we are not were taking were resending not gong to certify because we dont believe it. This is where we are were trying to understand what took place. And youve got bullies activist, and thug it is trying to just force people to just tow Mainstream Media line. Yeah. Look Political Violence in any form should not be tolerated whether its poll workers or Election Officials intimidated to take one stance or another and individual on the street trying to enjoy a dinner and having devices thrown into the dining area. This is a place with we dont want to be. And that i think the first step toward trying to get to a place where everybody is going to be satisfied about the results of this election is going to be full transparency. That is the key to being able to see what is gone reeght what is gone wrong. But also if theres any changes that need to be made to the system. And so making sure that everybody is had a chance to satisfy their concerns about this election, so that they can be certified and people can have faith in the process and confident in the result it is should be the goal on a bipartisan basis for this election. You would think exactly. You would think both sides want to know the honest results so phil, from a legal standpoint what goes through the next two weeks. What is the process how does this move through the courts . When would you expect this to go to the Supreme Court . How does this all process . Right. So i think a number of states are going to start certifying their results which means theyre send state Election Officials are going to sending certifications election up to governors then required to file whats called a certificate that identifies slate of electors that will meet on december 14th. Thats going to start happening on rolls basis with variety of the estates as thats happening these lawsuits are gong to proceed through both the federal and state courts that Trump Campaign and others are going file and theyre going to be adjudicated open question is whether the Supreme Court is actually going to take these cases because if you remember close to the election there was a pending case from pennsylvania that is still pending before the Supreme Court. They have not jumped in to immediately remedy that case for pennsylvania. And well see if they have an appetite to take up some of these cases. But i think that the way that youre going to be able to press the case to make sure theyre willing to hear these cases is come forward with evidence that is both admissible in court but also going p goes to merits we won this election. So this is gong to be pretty quick a timing issue for the campaign and others because the runway is running out. They say they have the evidence im going to take them at their word look forward to seeing their filing so we can take a look at both legal theory of the case but also evidence supporting it. Why would the Supreme Court not take it up . I think they should take up i think they should take resolve some of these they thinks you remember before the election, they struck down some stuff in wisconsin. Pennsylvania, theyve tied 44 because Justice Barrett wasnt on the court then. But now that shes on there, the case is still pending on a similar issue which was basically the extension of the deadline and so what we want to do is we want to see the courts adjudicate claim and resolve them so when Electoral College meets on december 14th, we want to make sure that everybody understands process and have faith in it and have faith in the results. How do you respond to Tucker Carlson . Did you get angry with the show because they texted you and asked you to please provide evidence of what youre alleging . No, i didnt get angry with the request to provide evidence. In fact, i sent an affidavit to tucker that i had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation and i offered him another witness who could explain the matt mattics and math and the statistical evidence far better than i can. Credit Market Conditions have improved. The timing seems unfortunate given the u. S. Economy is extremely fragile which indications of waning momentum particularly on the consumer front. Going forward, depending on the depth and duration of the second round resurgence that were already experiencing and the subsequent policies put in place to stem the threat of the virus, we could see the u. S. Economy slow significantly, if not fall back into negative territory, so creating a second round recession scenario really at a time when the fed needs and argues for additional power to help stabilize the economy, the treasury secretary has asked the fed to return the unused funds. Dagen number one, im not a t betting gal but i would put money on Roger Ferguson being the treasury secretary, he would be the first black american to hold that position. He has an a incredible record of working at tiaa, which they trillion dollars of assets under management, took that over, took that job after being at the Federal Reserve during the financial crisis. He helped with the fed response to the 9 11 terror attacks, hes got three degrees from harvard. He worked at a lawyer even. I would expect him to move into that job in part because he announced his retirement a few days ago, from tiaa. So hes lining up to take i would think this position. Elizabeth warren is not going to be anything in bidens cabinet. She is a senator from a state that has a governor who is a republican and guess what would happen if a republican governor appoints at least in the short run her replacement . That would put the balance of power in question in the senate. Its not she is going to stay exactly where she is, Elizabeth Warren. Maria yeah, and again, its all contingent on what happens january 5th. James freeman, in terms of the senate. Do you think that the senate would approve somebody like a susan rice for secretary of state . Some of the other names that ive reported on this program last couple weeks was attorney general potential pick, stacy abrams, andrew cuomo, doug jones or sally yates, james. I would think rice and yates certainly would be interesting because you would have senators given an opportunity to ask about their roles at the end of the obama administration, early in the trump administration, in terms of the Michael Flynn harassment, et cetera. But whoever it is, at state and at treasury, they are going to have to resist the calls of the far left. If its Roger Ferguson at treasury, there is a lot of pressure in that party to get the government to start replacing private finance and banking functions, so that person roger is experienced and smart but hes also going to need to be tough to resist kind of the financial equivalent of the defund the police calls from the left.
