Change the outcome . Matthew whitaker in that. Bill barr is looking into election irregularities. I will ask former utah congressman Jason Chaffetz why it is so important to let the Legal Process continue. All that and so much more on making money. Charles so the stock market had been all about the have and havenots for couple years. More so this year with the work at home stocks taking off like into outer space but now tech source that sorely underperformed are surging, and doing it with the kind of vigor we normally associate with megagrowth stocks. The nasdaq came into the session up more than 30 for the year. Since october the story has been the small cap names. Russell has gone from the worse to the first, from worst to first over that short period of time. Many investor are saying stop the crazy stock market. I want to get off. Should they instead rotate into the beaten down names instead . Lets ask bny alicia left convening, Michelle Snyder and bellpointe chief strategist, david nelson. Lets start with the small cap picture. Michelle are you believing in the small cap names . Absolutely are. Two years ago they peaked in 2018. They hadnt done it again until yesterday while the spies and qs made new highs. Russell 2000 is the granddaddy of the u. S. Economy. 2000 small cap stocks within the United States, really represents the supply side of the u. S. Economy f were seeing rotation, that is a healthy sign. A lot of optimism for an Incoming Administration potentially, vaccine hopes and the economy growing. I say follow it. We already have done so. Charles the thing, alicia is, that the way these names are moving is amazing. Theyre moving like big cap tech names. But you know, they are moving. People have to start making decisions. Are you in them . Do you have exposure . Yes we have exposure in small cap for a while now because in traditional recessions when you start getting the recovery, small caps tend to move first because that is where you get the real differential in growth rates. So with the stimulus on the horizon, the lack of a blue wave, the vaccine news yesterday, which are baking into the fundamental picture is better than expected growth for 2021 so we look small caps. We love health care here. We just took Health Care Risk off the table with the lack of a blue wave election so there for we think that is a great place to to in addition to the industrials. Charles david we talk about this almost weekly. There have been periods since this summer where the russell 2000 sort of outperforms but it does it for a day, a week, maybe two weeks. This feels more sustained. Does it come at the expense of tech stocks . Mayor temporarily. Growth will always be with us. Growth is the most expensive when there isnt any and right now you have some choices and frankly we should rejoice at this. I get the kneejerk reaction to look at the tape call it irrational that your favorite stocks are down but megacap growth are a play, that other parts of the economy are not coming to life. That changes. The vaccine changes a lot here. It moves us to look at other parts of the economy and you talked about it right at the stop, spread between growth and value, large cap and small cap was gargantuan. The reversal to the mean is very, very powerful. You could have several days or sever weeks and it could go on and on. Charles you were calling it rational exuberance. Lets go into the s p. There is stealth rally going on there for a long time. Since the march 23rd low, materials and industrials were already outperforming technology. Michelle, let me go to you. Will the names going again great today will they continue the stealth rally . I think a lot will depend on an increasing labor force. We also have a caveat with supply as supply has been low considering the pandemic has happened and we havent really had a good supply with lots of disruption but one thing i want to remind you of we talked about last time and the election opening range and exactly happened the way we hoped which is we made a range last week. Just looking at the spy, it is over the high of last week. Iwm cleaner or russell 2000. That tells me not only do we have fundamentals in play considering everything should start opening up we also have the technicals on our side. Without overthinking i would be bullish at this point until proven wrong. Charles and of course, alicia, you already mentioned health care. What about materials. What about industrials . We see conservative make up of the s p where traditional safe havens are doing okay. Real estate, utilities but these are all nontech. Im looking at these hot stocks, believe it or not, materials and industrials. I think they have got more upside . Yes. Really interesting if you look at it, i think materials and industrials are some of the strongest performers in the s p in part because we never fully had a manufacturing recession because of covid. We recovered almost right away. That has really been driving the global economy. Not just here but in europe and china as well. I think there is room to move here. Just a word of caution, when you get a huge move like you had yesterday, enormous rocket ship to the upside, you want price to come in a little bit. Stablize a little bit. I dont like parabelas. Fundamentals are on the cyclical trade and as well as financials because of the steepening of the yield curve. These are all recovery plays and americas economy is recovering. Charles i should point out the 10year yield continues to rocket substantially higher. It will get to the point, 1 everyone will start worrying about that being a negative thing, bleach it or not. David, talk about yesterday. To what degree is the Pfizer Vaccine news a gamechanger and what you have done the last 24 hours differently . Its a gamechanger, it caught a lot of us you have sides, including yours truly. I find myself a little tilted to growth and it was a pretty uncomfortable day yesterday. To the point just made, the market is not that forgiving. It will make it very difficult to get into some of the names. You may be forced to pay up for some of those names, if you wait, you may look at names five, 10 higher. Charles michelle, what is the greatest risk to this market right now . I know you like it fundamentally, i know you like the technical aspect, particularly consolidate gains here so what are you worried about . You just alluded to it which is the fed. Because at this point the fed has been very accommodative, should continue to be so as long as things dont get out of control. So we have already been buying commodities but today a report came out with skyrocketed corn, soybeans, the whole Agricultural Sector because there is low supply. As the economy opens, people look to more stimulus, demand will continue to increase. At some point you get into inflationary environment. When the fed has to scratch their head, hmmm, is it time for us to raise the rates . We know the market doesnt like that very much, especially any intimation towards it. I think is the biggest fear for the market. Charles it will be tough. Jay powell said over and over again. They will let inflation run over 2 for a long time. I think he is giving the market some comfort for at least two years. Alicia, less than a minute but what is the risk that you see here . What is the next major move . So i dont see any risk on the fed side precisely because of the messaging weve seen. I think some risk in the Fourth Quarter q1 covid issue. It will be an air pocket and i think the market will look through it but if it gets much worse you could see some regional closures and that would be a problem but i do think the market looks through the air pocket that we might be faced with in the next couple months. Charles yeah. Certainly that air pocket would be a lot, hopefully a lot smaller than it was in march and april. Alicia, michelle, david, thank you all very much. Appreciate you getting the show started. Great answers there. Meanwhile joe biden is about to talk about obamacare as the Supreme Court is considering its fate. The biggest difference this time of course may be justice amy barrett. Next ive got former acting attorney general Matt Whitaker will weigh in on that and other topics. Well talk about truckers who are prepared to stand up for all bluecollar workers. They are worried that joe biden will ban fracking one way or another. That is what we have planned later in the hour. Well be right back. Metastatic Breast Cancer is relentless, but im relentless too. Because every day matters. And having more of them is possible with verzenio, the only one of its kind proven to help you live significantly longer when taken with fulvestrant, regardless of menopausal status. Tell your doctor if you have pain or swelling in your arms or legs, shortness of breath, chest pain and rapid breathing or heart rate, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Every day matters. And i want more of them. Ask your doctor about everyday verzenio. Charles well fate of obamacare now rests in the hands of the Supreme Court justices including newly approved Amy Coney Barrett are hearing arguments as we speak. The court already seems likely to leave in place the bulk of the law, including protections for preexisting conditions and subsidized care. What can we expect for an official ruling . We have former acting attorney general Matt Whitaker. Thanks for joining us. The headlines across the media, there will not be a lot of movement less the complete overturning of obamacare. How are you reading the tea leaves . This is case when i was in the administration was familiar with and it boil downs the idea of severability. Everyone believes it a long shot that will point it is not severable, which means the tax as zero makes the whole bill fall and go away. You never know, its a 63 conservative majority. This came up through texas and through that circuit as well and they found that it could not be severed, the tax at zero. So therefore you ultimately till with fall on justice Amy Coney Barrett and others in the conservative block to determine how to solve this, you know, mess that congress has created quite frankly. Charles wouldnt it be congress job to unravel the goardian knot rather than the Supreme Court . In the original case that roberts threw everyone off on, could that be relitigated . Or is that over as long as he is in charge of you know, the top justice . Well as we learn every time we have a Supreme Court justice confirmed we hear all about stare decisis and precedent and what it takes to overturn a president. I think that original obamacare case found that the individual mandate was a tax is probably not going to be overturned but certainly the court with majority of five can do whatever they want, charles. Charles. Now your successor, i want to kind of shift gears here a little bit, your successor, attorney general. Bill barr will look at claims of Election Fraud across the country. His top election crimes prosecutor quit when he herd the news. Was an obama pointee. Your role on the Justice Department here and exactly what are they looking to . Charles, we have had anecdotal reports of all sorts of irregularities. I think we all share the goal of having every legal vote counted. For example in arizona where i have been spending my time, were seeing you know, the count continue to come down as they count every legal vote. We still have over 60,000 votes with a margin of a little over 14,000. But each u. S. Attorney which of i was one in the bush administration, so i know this well, each u. S. Attorney will have the ability to investigate substantial claims of irregularities and that, they can, and again, if it doesnt have an impact on the election the ag is explicit there is no reason to look at it currently. If it is something, whether dead people voted in nevada, nonresidents voting, sort of illegal votes that would, could swing an election including the election for president , charles, i think you will see u. S. Attorneys begin an investigation. Ultimately again the rule, the role is to make sure that only legal votes are counted but every vote is counted. I think it us premature to suggest somehow what general barr has done is going to be the magic bullet somehow swings this election but at the same time based on the allegations that were hearing around the country, i think it is worthwhile to have u. S. Attorneys look into the situation. Charles certainly act net anecdotally seems like a whole lot of questions are being asked. We would love to get all the answers from them for sure. Matt, thank you very much. Always a pleasure. Thank you, charles. Good to see you. Charles meanwhile, folks, Small Businesses are, well, there is uncertainty. In fact it reached and alltime high. What they want to see out of a potential biden presidency is next. Also after four years of President Trump looking out for bluecollar workers, truckers are wondering if President Biden would do the same. What theyre planning to do to remind biden of importance of bluecollar workers to the u. S. Economy. That is next. Charles Small Business optimism remaining historically high in october. In fact unchanged from september. The highest level since february but there are some concerns. In fact increasing, increase employment, the economy improving. Both of those dropped five points during the month. In november of 2016, if you recall, Small Business optimism erupted right after the election of President Trump t has staged an impressive rebound since covid19 and lockdowns derailed all the optimism. The rebound feels tenuous, signaling need for comfort. Ironically Small Business owners say there was strong momentum in the Fourth Quarter and expectations for higher earnings popped nine points but yet the uncertainty at and all time high. Here to break it all down, want to bring in Small Business expert jean marks. Jean, a conflicting report from the nfib, how do you read it . Two things are going among Small Businesses. Although there are a lot of businesses and a lot of industries, retail, restaurant, travel, it really suffered during the pandemic. I think its a testament to the u. S. Small business that they had. There is 30 million Small Businesses in this country and most of them, i mean many of my clients, even through all of these challenges have been able to navigate their way through this year and done it in a way theyre still in business and looking forward to growth. That is really impressive. That is why the optimism has been high through october. However, charles, we had an election. There is big level of uncertainty among Small Business owners, my readers, my clients what a Biden Administration would do. I can tell you we are scared of higher taxes or more health care regulations, labor regulations, all sorts of things from washington the number one concern on Small Business owners mind right now under a Biden Administration is to not shut down the economy and that is what is weighing very heavy on their minds as we head into rising cases and, as president elect biden says a dark winter. Charles as i, as i read though, gene, to the, into the tea leaves, it looks like a Biden Administration would lean heavily in that direction. In fact im already reading reports where joe biden is going to reach out to states to ask them to curtail even thanksgiving celebrations. We do see some of these more progressives cities and states already begun to pull back. No one wants to use the word lockdown, right . These are greater restrictions. To your point i guess you can do anything as Small Business person to survive as long as youre allowed to open . If you give the Business Owner the opportunity to run their businesses, charles, i think most of them if not a great majority of them will do so healthy and cleanly. Giving them the opportunity to do that locking them down is kind of tough. Were seeing what is going on in europe. Both britain and france shut down, potential for more lockdowns as well. There is more ominous tone. We saw this, deja vu, we saw this back in february. It is frightening to hear businesses could be shut down. I think that is a big reason why, you know, biden lost florida and why, his win was so raiser thin. Think of florida, a lot of his pan nubbings, Business Owners of colors voted against joe biden because these are people dont want washington to them them when and how they should be doing their business. They didnt want to be shut down. That showed the result in florida. It showed in results in a lot of other big cities across the country. Its a big concern we have going into the winter [inaudible]. Biden Administration Takes that into consideration. Charles i hope so too. I hope there is against big business doesnt hurt Small Business more. We heard often big businesses put a moat around themselves, hire a bunch of lawyers around accountants and survive any draconian backdrop that destroys their smaller rivals. Gene, i always appreciate it. I enjoy our conversations. Thank you very much. Not only does joe biden have Small Business owners nervous but he has the truckers worried as well. A group of truckers are planning to strike tomorrow. They are urging biden to avoid implementing a ban on fracking. The group touting trumps protection of bluecollar workers. Republican strategist Ford Oconnell joins us now. Ford, what do you make of this . The truckers standing up for the frackers. Theyre saying were in this together . Well, look, media drools over biden god bless these truckers for drawing attention to an issue of importance to tens of millions of bluecollar jobs around this country. Look, biden did say in 2019 he would ban fracking. I know essentially he has been pulling rhetorical somersaults ever since. It is quite clear a Biden Administration will exercise great disdain towards fracking and fossil fuels. Charles stop the tires 2020 is this organization, on facebook post, i want to share with the audience they say we will not participate in the leftist, biden harris green new deal. We do not support the banning of fracking. The United States of america operates as capitalistic economy. Oil is the fuel she survives on. You think this might be the beginning of bluecollar uprising against joe Biden Administration . Because it seems to me something big, they better have a voice if they want to survive . Well i think youre absolutely right. I think there might be a bluecollar working class uprising against the Biden Administration because what a lot of people are not talking about, lets say the republicans keep the United States senate. There is a lot that democrats and biden can do to bring fossil fuels to a grinding halt, really throw a lot of obstacles in the way of fracking whether executive orders or administration wrangling. Remember the democratic party, organized religion has been replaced to adherence to the climate gods. Bluecollar folks, a lot of folks around the country should be worried. Charles i hope also, someone finally asks about the math. When you say were going to get rid of these amazing bluecollar jobs, particularly in the fracking arena that pay a lot of money and replace them job for job, you know, with solar energy, people forget, i remember the solar plants in california that got a billion dollars in taxpayer backing and had 500 construction workers. When the construction was done, five permanent workers. If youre going to count a bus driver who is driving a natural fast bus as a clean energy drive, that is specious. Can they truly replace the jobs one for one, particularly it could be over 10 million or more . Absolutely not because first of all clean energy is not a viable alternative at this stage to fossil fuels. This is a lot like to your point the obama shovelready jobs. Theyre selling a clean energy fantasy. Not only could they be crippling the American Economy and hurting the american worker, charles, but they will be giving a free pass to china because you and i both know that one thing megamonster doesnt have in china, that is oil and natural gas. We have energy independence. We should do everything to protect it. Charles ford, it has been too long, great seeing you my friend. Later in the hour, folks, beyonces debut partner is peloton. He started believing things that werent true. I knew something was wrong. But i didnt say a word. During the course of their disease around 50 of people with parkinsons may experience hallucinations or delusions. But now, doctors are prescribing nuplazid. The only fda approved medicine. Proven to significantly reduce hallucinations and delusions related to parkinsons. Dont take nuplazid if you are allergic to its ingredients. Nuplazid can increase the risk of death in elderly people with dementiarelated psychosis and is not for treating symptoms unrelated to parkinsons disease. Nuplazid can cause changes in heart rhythm and should not be taken if you have certain abnormal heart rhythms or take other drugs that are known to cause changes in heart rhythm. Tell your doctor about any changes in medicines youre taking. The most common side effects are swelling of the arms and legs and confusion. We spoke up and it made all the difference. Ask your parkinsons specialist about nuplazid. Charles well the election outcome has not been certified but wall street sees divided government as an out come and it loves it. While investors had to grapple with policies that might affect their portfolio, pfizer put the focus back on vaccines just as cases in the country began to surge again. There is lot of nail biting, the stakes are high as well so what are the smart folks on wall street doing . I just brought in two of them to help us hash it all out. Ironside macroeconomics managing director, barry knapp and dani hughes. Barry, let me start with you, pfizer news yesterday changing everything in my opinion but how much of an impact the way youre looking at this market and what did you do about it . Well, didnt really need to do anything because we had taken the tech sector after 11 years of being overweighted to a market weight position back in august. Our broader longterm thesis the benefits of digitization and movement to the cloud will my great from the producers of that technology to the consumers of the technology. Much like what happened into the 90s and 2000s in the way cloud could become the new cable, the new fiberoptics cable. We didnt see it as you know, likely to outperform in the way it did in the 2010s. With that position now all along in cyclicals from the very early stages of this recovery and our idea was that the u. S. Economy is much more dynamic, resilient, particularly at the Small Business level than most economists demandbased keynesian economists gave it credit for. Were overweight materials, industrials, financials, going into the election and, when the, you know, when the vaccine developed, didnt change our timeline all that much. Charles okay. By 2021 we felt we would be back operating pretty close to normal so there wasnt a heck of a lot for us to do. Charles well, congratulations to you and to dani as well because the 2020 script has been, well at least for the last 48 hours completely flipped. At least exciting names are acting great. The hot tech stocks are in trouble for now. The you had been saying for weeks, for months in the show, how you had liked energy, beaten down sectors. I gave you a hard time, hard to take a victory lap of sorts. How much more room to the upside youve got . Charles. This was just the opening salvo. Just the beginning of what is at play here. There is a lot of dynamics. Investors like barry said cycling out of megatech first for valuation reasons and could be some issues in the future and investors are entering into cyclicals and value and value stocks have underperformed for a decade, okay . It has been a really long time. Growth has eaten its lunch for a long time. The significance of the oil market increase has everything to do with the potential of this vaccine. Couple that with the announcement from opec saying that theyre going to maintain their current levels. Weve got, we lit a match under oil and oil producers. Many of which we own. Bp, exxon, chevron, but were not going to get back to precovid levels anytime soon, charles. I think were going to see some depression in terms of travel. Charles okay. People have been very productive at home. Fortunately or unfortunately. Charles you know, i want to stick with that whole thing because these covid cases are on the rise. Initially when all of this started happening it was a Consumer Staples stock that went through the roof, right . There was a shortage of toilet paper. Now if you look around since the march 23rd low, it is the worstperforming sector. I will ask both of you, start again, dani, is it time to revisit that. Youre talking value. When the audience hears that, now you narrowed it down to 2 or 3,000 names. Do you go into Something Like kimberly clark. Do you go into the staples they see every time they go into the supermarket. Like clorox which got crushed yesterday but up a little bit today. We like Consumer Staples, the go out of town trade, going out trade, some places it is not baked in yet. One thing which love for a long time is cocacola. Theyre away from home is already beginning to turn around and weve seen that in their most recent financials. Theyre designing and shifting their brand portfolio and interim restructure. Charles right. Because of the cost savings there, the fact that their Dividend Growth is really on track, that is a great name to look at that. That stock is down 10 yeartodate. Charles barry, i want your opinion on that but i will also throw in boeing. It had a huge day yesterday. Pretty good day today. Even though the headline came around an hour before the show, faa maybe more charges. Nevertheless it is leading the industrials. Something you like. They have got this order from southwest. They may get the 737 max recertified. Is it too soon to buy Something Like that, a name that was just, just had a 20year runaway where looked like skies, no pun, were the limit . Do you go back and revisit a name like that . Well, first on the staples, from my perspective it is way too early in the Business Cycle to be investing in staples. That should come much later on. Maybe a at some point the vaccine has been fully distributed. We start to get closer what would look like more like the middle of the Business Cycle, i might revisit the staples argument. As far as bowing goes, my issue there, i tend not spend a ton of time on individual names, my issue there boeing was a posterchild of stretching your supply chains all over the world. When they brought it the 787 it was more like virtue signaling supply chain management. They had businesses, parts of their plain were built in every corner of the world. I just think they have got so many issues to work through and i dont know. You know. It is a tough name for me for that reason. Charles listen. I got you. I think that is a point welltaken for all companies. Maybe you dont need to have such a stretched supply chain, particularly when you have issues that weve seen this year. Might not be a bad idea to bring some of that back home. Barry, dani, thank you both very, very much. Meanwhile folks while republicans are keeping quiet, a whole lot of them, maybe too many of them about President Trumps legal efforts he is gaining an important ally in the too i. We have former utah congressman Jason Chaffetz and he will tell us if it makes a difference. Well be right back. Businesses today are looking to tomorrow. Adapting. Innovating. Setting the course. But new ways of working demand a new type of network. One thats more than just fast. You need flexibility to work from anywhere. And manage from everywhere. Advanced technology. With serious security. And reliable coverage, nationwide. Charles joe biden taking questions after speaking out about the Affordable Health care act. The work of transition, just a few minutes ago the secretary of state asked if he would cooperate with a smooth transition. He said there will be a smooth transition to a second trump administration. I wonder if you have a message for the president who may well be watching right now and how do you expect to be able to work with republicans when so many have thus far refused to even acknowledge your victory . Well, first of all we are already beginning the transition. Were well underway and the ability of, for, the administration in any way by failure to recognize our win does not change the dynamic at all, what were able to do. We have announced yesterday as you know, a health group we put together today. Well be moving along in a, in a consistent manner, putting together our administration and white house and reviewing who were going to pick for cabinet positions. Nothing is going to stop that and, so im confident that the fact that theyre not willing to acknowledge we won at this point is not of much consequence in our planning what were able to do between now and january 20th. Your response to secretary pompeo . I also, also wonder, you warned during the campaign as the walls close in on the president he would behave more earth erratically, he fired his defense secretary on twitter. Are you worried that he is destablizing the government and what are you saying about World Leaders calling you at this point . First of all im letting you know, america is back in the game. It is not america alone. I had the opportunity to speak with now six World Leaders and, and the response has been very fulsome and energetic and theyre all looking forward to being able to, from Great Britain to france, to germany, to canada, et cetera, and ireland. So i feel good about the ability to i said when we announced that the next president is going to inherent a divided country and a world in disarray. The reception and welcome we got around the world from our allies and our friends has been real. I have a number of other calls to return and so i feel confident that were going to be able to put the, put america back in the place ever respect that it had before. Reporter [inaudible] reporter mr. President elect, Senate Majority leader Mitch Mcconnell has suggested today that may not recognize the outcome of this election until the Electoral College meets next month. Have you spoken to your longtime friend in the senate, mr. Mcconnell and what do you make of his specific comments over the last 24 hours . I havent had a chance to speak to mitch. My expectation is that i will do that in the not too distant future. I think that the whole Republican Party has been put in a position with a few notable exceptions of being, mildly intimidated by the sitting president but there is only one president at a time. He is president. Were going to have a Electoral College. Will be making the judgment in december. It will be announced in early january. Hope i get a chance to speak to mitch. Reporter like to follow up, without transition funding will you be able to go through with the proper transition that is needed . Would you like access to the pdb and will you authorize legal action or do you think that will be too divisive do you believe . We can get through without the funding. Were in a position that we feel very good about our, there is nothing that slows up our efforts to put things together. Obviously the pdb would be useful but it is not necessary. Im not the sitting president now. We dont see anything in slowing us down quite frankly. Reporter thank you. Reporter thank you, mr. President elect. Congratulations to you both. Have you tried to reach out at all to the president , if he is watching right now what would you say to him . Mr. President , look forward to speaking with you. Reporter you say that you are being able to move ahead without interruption but to jeffs point, presumably at some point you will need access to more classified information, secure facilities and the like. What options are you considering . How will you move ahead as the president continues to refuse to concede . Look, access to classified information is useful but im not in a position to make any decisions on those issues anyway. There is one president , as i said one president at a time. He will be president until january 20th. It would be nice to have it but it is not critical and, that is were going to proceed the way we have. Were going to, were going to do exactly what we would be doing if he had conceded and said we won which we have and so there is nothing really changing. Reporter but not ruling out legal action . No. I dont see a need for legal action . Charles we just saw the reporters asking joe biden several questions, feeling like perhaps, try to go to fight there. Want to bring in Fox News Contributor Jason Chaffetz, two reporters talk about a filing lawsuits, you dont have access to security clearances, you need the funding money, 6. 3 Million Associated with transitions, biden seeming, he skirted those questions but you know, jason, it just bothers me again whenever the media gets a chance to get involved in this the question is always skewed towards some kind of a skirmish, hey, what is the policies . What will help us . What is your plan . Can you give us more details now if in fact when all said and done you are the president . Yeah. I think the media was trying to create a skirmish and a narrative that wasnt there. The vice President Biden twice said, i dont think we need it. I dont think it will slow us down. Im glad he acknowledged that donald trump is the president until january 20th. I was, i was a little surprised because you know, the stuff that you read and see, this is some big brouhaha that is a real problem but joe biden is saying no, it is not an issue at all. Lets move along. Charles including, reports that bidens team is preparing legal challenges to speed up the transition. Just, again, you to your point, you wonder where this comes from, what the goal is . Why do they keep doing that . Then in the meantime we do have Mitch Mcconnell yesterday standing up for President Trump saying he is using the legal, the legal manuevers that are available to every president and he stands by him. Do you think that most of the republicans, elected officials at least feel the same . Yeah, i do. Everybody from Lindsey Graham to Mitch Mcconnell to most others are saying, and i echoed too, i just, look, not a single state has yet certified the results. These elections are administered by counties. Theyre certified by states. They were they go to the Electoral College. So there is a reason why we have between november and january 20th to work through these issues. I think Donald Trumps team brought up some very valid, legal challenges that need to play themselves out. Charles jason, weve heard one of the narratives since november 3rd has been unity. Weve heard joe biden talk about that a lot but i am very concerned because he is surrounding himself with the republicans who he has surrounded himself are known socalled negative nevertrumpers, who have visible disdain against trump reflection of voters as well. If he brings in the john kasichs of the world, it will make things worse, not better. I totally agree with you on that, charles. Im actually surprised that joe biden, Mitch Mcconnell have not yet spoken but again this election is still not totally over. It has been like one week since the election happened and things are still playing out but unity will come in lots of different forms. You cant just wave your magic wand because i got to tell you, donald trump and his supporters have been on the receiving end of more than four years of beratement, going after them time and time and time again, suddenly putting up somebody like a john kasich i think exacerbates the problem, not solve the problem. Charles yeah. I agree with you 1000 percent. Jason chaffetz. Thank you very much. We appreciate it. Folks well be right back. Since pioneering the suv in 1935, the chevy suburban has carried many things. Nothing more important than family. Introducing the most versatile and advanced chevy suburban and tahoe ever. Charles Company Collaborations are surging this year. We heard peloton partnering with beyonce while target joining forces with ulta to boost their makeup sales. Cheryl casone is live with more. Cheryl beyonce cut a multiyear deal with peloton to create a series of themed workout experiences for pelotons three million plus users. Thats going to give all those runners, cyclers, yoga fans a beyonce boost. This does clear some legal hurdles for peloton. Its a major move for the company. Pfizer announced the vaccine trial yesterday, and each shop is 1,000 square feet. It will be staffed with target employees. Also the ceo says retailers are embracing a time of change to innovate. Both stocks in the green right now. Walmart says it will kick off a Pilot Project with a subsidiary of gm to see how Driverless Cars could be used for deliveries. Starting next year, customers in scottsdale, arizona could get their purchases drop off by a cruise car. Gm up more than 5. 5 . Charles all six names higher. Maybe wall street likes that. Thank you very much. Will you be able to make money on all this . I want to bring in spotlight asset group cio shana sissel. All of these stocks are higher, ulta up 7 , target up, General Motors is surging. Do these kind of collaborations make you more interested as an investor . Which piqued your interest the most . Yes, they definitely make me more interested as an investor. These are the types of innovations and new wave of doing business that come out of situations like the pandemic where you are sort of forced to think outside the box. Of the ones that were mentioned, i think ulta target just on a personal level is of most interest to me although im not sure its the most lucrative from a stock perspective. That one seems to be more like the peloton collaboration seems more compelling for me, especially since the stock is down so much. Charles yeah. I think i would go with ulta, target first. To your point, peloton for a trade, watch the General Motors. General motors, by the way, has been on fire. Most people probably dont even realize that. Its also a big week for games, the gaming industry. The new xbox is out. Playstation on thursday. They will charge more for video games, first time in 15 years. Youve got new hot games coming out. This is an area that should have done better in my mind during this covid19 pandemic. I know people were playing these games. Is there an investment angle there . Yes, absolutely. The front line like consoles may not have done well but a lot of the inputs and things that go into them, did do well through the pandemic because there was demand. As we go into the holiday season, lockdowns are probably in our future, vaccine or not, so these are the things that kids are asking for, even adults. I saw a commercial recently where nintendo was targeting their new switch mario car for moms. I thought that was really interesting. I dont know of 5yearolds asking for it. This is what people are asking for because we are probably in a social distancing and activities we can do are sort of limited and we are about to go into the cold weather months. Definitely think theres an opportunity here to take advantage of it. Charles mario is 40 years old. Mario aint a kid no more. Hes about 40 years old. [ speaking simultaneously ] charles do you like nvidia and mrvl. Those are names you wanted to share with the audience. Something of a play on the gaming industry as these chips power these hot new games. Always appreciate it. Thank you very much. Folks, markets more or less moving a little sideways. We did get some conversation during the show, mcconnell, senator mcconnell on stimulus saying it probably doesnt happen. We kind of knew that so not moving the needle a lot. Theres an anxiousness we might see play out in the next hour as liz claman takes over. Liz . Liz have you seen the russell, charles . I know you have because you look at that. Charles oh, my goodness. Yes. Liz i know. Yeah. Its a big deal. A lot of things are coming together right now. Thanks, charles. At the top of this final hour of trade, number one, this question. Has the muchanticipated socalled great rotation out of tech stocks really begun or is this just the pause that refreshes for some of the hottest momentum names and is it the best entry point you have been waiting for . Look at the markets. The nasdaq, second day in a row, losses of about 156 points. The s p down 6
