Nothing officially transfer until you have the final Election Results and then obviously in january we need to have a single candidate ready to be sworn in. Lets see what there is out there. Is there validity to some of the allegations or is there not . If there is not validity move on, embrace the new president. Try to work with them, try to get things done if this country, both sides will argue for a long time that they felt wrong about this election or that. Now if there are some things about the allegations that are true, lets expose them. I think democrats should want that just as much republicans do. We know that the margins are very tight in pennsylvania, nevada, yet to come in final results, arizona is very tight. Georgia is tight too. It would take what would it take to overturn a results in those states . You would have to invalidate tens of thousands of votes. Remember florida in 2000, that was just about less than 1800 votes. This is something distinctly different, bret. What do you think . Look, i have looked at fraud throughout my career and sometimes there are allegations that dont add up in the end and the evidence isnt there. Here there are allegations that have been put into writing. They have been sworn to. There are affidavits by individuals that worked there. Lets see if theyre valid. Once theyre determined to be valid, how large of a scale is that, does it add up to the votes that would actually turn the state . There are some allegations, liz, that do account for thousands of potential votes. Lets get to the bottom of those. If there is nothing there, we dont do anything. We dont have to worry about it. I think youll see President Trump gracefully indicate that he challenged and he lost the challenge. But were not there yet. There is certainly time to get to the bottom of it. Elizabeth do you have to, do you have to prove systemic fraud . What do you need to prove that the votes were fraudulent, that the ballots were fraudulent . Is it enough to have an eyewitness, is that enough . What does it take to overturn it is a heck of a thing to overturn a vote count. What does it take to do that . Right. There is two sides that are important to look at. There is process. And that is whether individuals are let in to observe, some of those general allegations. That is not probably going to carry the day. The other side is actual, concrete evidence, say, for example the allegation out there that 405,000 votes were votes that were just for the president and they didnt cast a vote on any of the other races . If you look at those, and they appear to be problematic, people that were deceased or people that were under age and couldnt vote or people that were not in the state, then you might have enough but we dont know yet whether there is enough to overturn this. So we have a process that is very good at weighing the evidence of these allegations. And i think that is absolutely vital to the legitimacy of the election. They know that there were some anomalies here. There is that much smoke, there has got to be fire. Yesterday i had a rally in my district down here in east texas. We had over 1000 people showed up to it, to support trump, to investigate some of these irregularities. Im very, very happy to hear a. G. Barr has done this. Elizabeth okay the question is how much is there . Because it would take an awful lot to basically prove voter fraud and overturn the vote count, right . So that is really the question. How big is the evidence . How much of the evidence we have of voting irregularities, what is your reaction to that . You know, lids, let me just say this, when you have precincts in democratcontrolled cities and counties that are voting 100, 115, 120 of their registered voters, you have got nearly, i think 1. 8 million voted, even more than were available to vote and registered. It is incredible what weve had. 127,000 votes, all for biden, zero for trump. No other votes cast for any other candidates, just a single ballot, for joe biden. Elizabeth youre talking anomalies, right . Yes. Elizabeth i hear you. Forgive me for interrupting, when you said anomalies, those are the anomalies youre referring to, right . I just want to be clear because these are anomalies, we hear the stories but we dont have any evidentiary proof of it yet, right . No. But we do have a pennsylvania case, judge alito, Justice Alito has requested, segragated ballots that came in late. Im hoping we have the same thing in some other states. This thing is not over. Even before i heard this news about a. G. Barr, it aint over yet and, everybody is congratulating biden and it is not, he has not been declared a winner except by several media and it is simply, it is not them that make this declaration and make this guy president. Barr is saying that any of these allegations, quote, should be handled with great care. Attorney general william barr is moving forward very carefully right now. He is saying be careful about allegations of voter fraud against any party. You have to be really cave with it, because it is so important. It is about the integrity of the election. The florida recount was about less than 1800 votes. Were talking about invalidating potentially tens of thousands of votes, sir. Is that is what at issue, congressman . Absolutely, we dont want to do that. There are tens of thousands of very suspicious votes as well. We had 118yearold woman that voted. We had someone who died in 1984 that had voted. There is just too much, there is too much suspicion there for the American People to have any confidence in this whole process and there are a lot of people thinking this election is being stolen.
