Their decision would allow, of course, joe biden to stay in the comfort of his basement with a teleprompter or more teleprompters, earpiece and who knows what. And all of his handlers, of course, would be around to help him. President trump says theres no way that will happen. No, im not going to waste my time on a virtual debate. Thats not what deweights all about, you sit behind a computer, thats ridiculous. And then they cut you off whenever you want. We learned it the same way you learned it. They called up two minutes ago, and it was announced. Theyre trying to protect biden. I dont want to do a virtual debate because a virtual debate is a joke. Theres no reason. Im in great shape. I just, you know, i unlike joe, i dont have of the luxury of staying in basement all day long. Im running a country. Lou both the trump and Biden Campaigns tonight, we are told rebiblely, are trying to reliably, are trying to come to some kind of agreement. Edward lawrence is in washington now with the latest. Reporter yeah, lou, it seems this negotiation is taking place in a public forum since the commission on president ial debates announced that the next debate would be virtual. In a statement, the Trump Campaign says this, quote for the swamp creatures at the president ial Debate Commission to now rush to joe bidens defense by unilaterally canceling an inperson debate is pathetic. Thats not what debates are about or how theyre done. Theres been a lot of back and forth in public. The Trump Campaign saying move the debate back to november 22nd and october 22nd and move the third debate to october 29th. The Biden Campaign said they agreed to the debates the way they were laid out, not the last week of october. Vice President Joe Biden is unsure what comes next. We dont know what the president s going to do. For me to comment on that now would be irresponsible. I think that im going to follow the commissions recommendations. If he goes off and hes going to have a rally, ill i dont know what ill do. Reporter now, abc has announced on twitter it is going to hold a public town hall with joe biden, the former Vice President , in philadelphia where hell be answering questions from the public. The last town hall, you know, on another network was supposed to be undecided voters, ended up being biden supporters. Now, for what its worth, white house economic adviser larry kudlow said between now and next week the president should have a number of negative tests for the coronavirus, so theoretically he would be negative when october 15th comes around but, again, this is all sort of plague out in a debate playing out in a debate about when the next debate should be. Back to you. Lou yeah. You know, ed, we should give credit where its due. What network was that where they represented that voters were independent or undecided, but it turned out not to be the case . What was that network . Reporter yeah, that was nbc. Lou nbc. Nbc, lets see, thats comcast, isnt it . The comcast corporation. The comcast nbc fraud that they person rated on the perpetrated on the American Public without consequence or note by the national leftwing media. Edward lawrence, we appreciate your reporting, as always. Thanks. The president ial Debate Commissions stunning decision to change a debate format without consulting anyone on the president s team is an example of what President Trump has been saying about the establishment, the deep state throughout his president president presidency. Corporate america, big tech, billionaires, their corrupt min minions are doing everything to protect their candidate, and that candidate is, without question, joe biden. Their uniform messaging once again on full display in the Vice President ial debate. Susan page, the moderator. Shes the Washington Bureau chief for usa today. Page is also writing, you should know, page is also writing speaker Nancy Pelosis biography. Thats right. So as you might imagine, her questions of Vice President mike pence werent exactly neutral. Listen to this. You head the administrations Coronavirus Task force. Why is the u. S. Death toll as a percentage of our population higher than that of almost every other wealthy country . How can you expect americans to follow the administrations safety guidelines to protect themselves from covid when you at the white house have not been doing so . If the Trump Administration approves a vaccine before or after the election, should americans take it, and would you take it . And in recent days, President Trumps doctors have given misleading answers or refused to answer basic questions about his health, and my question to each of you in turn is this information voters deserve to know . We have a jobs crisis brewing. Lou no, no questions were asked of harris about how radical a Biden Administration would be. There were no questions about giving Free Health Care to illegal immigrants, anything about the nothing about the corrupt actions of joe biden and hunter in russia and ukraine can, nothing about a bail fund that helped release criminal rioters in minnesota. And harris was never asked if she or joe biden condemned the riots, the arson, looting and vandalism carried out by marxist groups in democratrun cities across the country. Groups like black lives matter and antifa. Susan page was following the Associated Press recent guidelines that discourage the use of the word riot to describe violence in americas largestrun democrat cities. The ap says that would be stigmatizing, so they dont much like it when their reporters use the word riot. I dont know what else you would call what they were trying to report, but the ap is complicit now with the left. The only tough questions that senator harris had to answer, those came from Vice President mike pence. Heres the Vice President pressing harris on whether a Biden Administration would pack the Supreme Court. Joe and i are very clear, the American People are voting right now, and it should be their decision theyd like to know if you and joe biden are going to pack the Supreme Court if you dont get your way in this nomination. Lets talk about packing, come on a nonanswer, joe biden gave a trying to answer you now. [laughter] the American People deserve a strong lets talk about the i just want the record to reflect she never answered the question. Lou and when it came to analyzing who the winner of the debate was, only 2 of the 26 postdebate analysts, only 2 on the corporateowned cable and broadcast television outlets were supporters of President Trump. Two. Billionaires now have more wealth, by the way, than 160 million hard working americans, and theyre wielding that influence by owning networks and newsrooms as if they are fullyowned subsidiaries of the democrat party. Those in charge are clearly not interested in informing the American People as much as they are interested in selling prepackaged ideological content that has been paid for and approved by corporate owners and, of course, corporate sponsors. It is the leftwing National Media and the radical dems plan to sell the idea that china joe biden is guaranteed to win in november. Riots have been used to exact punishment on americans who dare to stand the up against them and to stand in support of President Trump. This is voter intimidation writ large across america in 2020. Big tech and social media have skewed search results, shadow banned conservative voices and more. Anything to control the voice, the narrative and the people. Democrat governors have kept their states under strict lockdowns to help drive the partys narrative of a weak trump economy. And today the radical dem speaker of the house, nancy pelosi, openly announced shes considering ways to remove President Trump from office still. I think that the public needs to know the Health Condition of the president. Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow come here tomorrow. Were going to be talking about the 25th amendment. But not to take attention away from the subject that we have now. Do you think its time to invoke the 25th amendment . Ill talk to you about that tomorrow. Ill talk to you about it tomorrow. Im not talking about it today except to tell you if you want to talk about that, well see you tomorrow. Lou the crazed House Speaker apparently will announce tomorrow shes introducing a bill to form a 25th amendment Congressional Commission to study removing President Trump from office. Did i say crazed . Maybe i should say crazy. Pelosis behavior is i rattic at best i rattic at best and should warrant with at the very least a drug test. In fact, all the leaders on capitol hill should be made to take one. They are no longer carrying out the will of the American People. They have never accepted the results of the 2016 president ial election, and they continue to look to fundamentally transform america and the national leftwing media misses that story almost every day. Pelosi brought the house back from a summer recess, you may recall, to be vote on a bill to, in her words, save the post office. While what needed saving were millions of americans who were desperate for pandemic relief from the government. A post office system, by the way, that has lost 26 billion over the course of the past five years. Thats right, 26 billion. It is a post office that is being used as a tool of the radical left. Its what pelosi calls in this new surge for mailin balloting election central. Up next, the Justice Department defies President Trumps order to release fully unreredacted obamagate documents. We take that up with just the news founder and editor in chief john solomon. And i want to thank everyone whos made my new book a national bestseller. And even if the power goes down, your connection doesnt. So how do i do this . You dont do this. We do this, together. Bounce forward, with comcast business. Lou stocks moving higherren wall street. The Dow Jones Industrials gained 122 points, the s p up 27, the nasdaq gained 56. Volume on the big board, 3. 9 billion shares, matching yesterdays volume. Crude oil up more than 3 , finishing at 41. 28 a barrel. A reminder to listen to my reports three times a day on the salem radio network. The Justice Department today released a heavily redacted email, one that was declassified back in march. That release comes a day after President Trump demanded that his administration release obamagateing documents obamagate documents to the public with no redactions. The email, take a look at this, the email was written may 10, 2017, by National Security council analyst. It was cited in a footnote, by the way, in Robert Muellers special counsel report. That footnote covered an Oval Office Meeting between President Trump and russian officials that occurred on may 10, 2017. Taramelas email was sent days before the New York Times reported that President Trump had called fired fbi director james comey a nut job during that may 10th meeting. The new New York Times story, was it based on that i snail we wont know unless we see the email in full. And if that is what constitutes under the definition of the deep state unredacted, i dont think thats going be acceptable. We may have to live with it, but t not acceptable. Breaking news now, a federal Appellate Court has reversed a Lower Court Decision that grants a new trial in the fraud case involving Hunter Bidens exBusiness Partner devon archer. Hunter biden was not charged in the scheme, but bidens name was reportedly invoked at a number of various stages. Archer was indicted on march 26, 2018, and charged with conspiracy to commit securities fraud and securities fraud for a native American Tribal bond scheme. Our first guest tonight just broke that story, ask joining us is just the news editorinchief and founder john solomon author of fallout. This, this break news that the case is on again against the Business Partner of hunter biden, its import and what you can make of it. Well, theres two lessons here. One is for activist judges, right . The judge in this case set aside a jury verdict. Devon archer was convicted by a jury of peers, and a judge in her own opinion came up with a different theory of the case and got rid of his guilty conviction. If youre emmet sullivan, you might want to look at this ruling. Hes the judge in the flynn case. Hes not listening to the Justice Department. Same thing here. So what do we know . It means hunter biden was in business at the time that his father was Vice President with a convicted felon. He was also in business with a ukrainian oligarch that was corrupt, taking money from a russian oligarch, 3. 5 million on one day alone, and joe biden keeps telling the American People its all been debunked. Guess what . Your son was in business with a convicted felon, your son was in business with a corrupt oligarch, he was getting money from no matter how much the media tries to call this a conspiracy theory, it is all fact. Lou it is all fact, and the moderator in the debate who asked the question and had that answer about hunter biden after the question was asked not by the moderator did not follow up and correct the record at all. I havent seen a correction, by the way, of what, of the former Vice President at all. Even though he made a straightforward false statement. I would have expected better im kidding. I was about to say i would have expected better from the national leftwing media. [laughter] if anybody has question about the stance of the leftwing media, corporate. [laughter] wing media in particular, the fact that only 2 of 26 analysts were Trump Supporters across Corporate Media last night is astonishing just in the brazen flaunting of their bias and their commitment to joe biden no matter what. Yeah. Listen, this is the problem, the media, the permanent bureaucracy and the Democratic Party are all in cahoots together. And weve seen it in russia, in ukraine, in the debate coverage. Pick any story any day, and you can see it. Its why the americans are lucky to have found fox news, its why i started just the news. Its an imbalanced system right now. Reporters used to be neutral. Theyve given up any semblance of neutrality, and thats whats harming america most. We can get through all the other things that challenge us covid, threats from afar but when we challenge ourselves apart from within by being dishonest, and thats why im most concerned about the next ten years, thats why so much is at stake in the next ten years if america. Lou yeah. Im worried about the next 20 days, to tell you the truth, john. [laughter] this is not a failure to preserve neutrality, this is a committed effort again to destroy a president s candidacy. And they were so successful with the 2018 midterm elections against the republicans, theyre pulling out all the stops now. Lets turn to, if we may, the president s order to his Justice Department, to his intelligence agencies to turn over everything, alloc documents, declassify them, release them to the public unredacted. The orders were clear. John ratcliffe complied with an initial delivery to john durham who he said in note he supported, which was a very odd thing to do, it seemed to me. The president was very clear. Unredacted release of declassified obamagate documents to the American Public. And what do we get . We we get this ridiculous email from fully redacted. This is the deep state telling the president youre going to have to, youre going to have to drive us right into the potomac before well do what were ordered to do. Am i wrong . [laughter] yeah. Youre right, hugh. I never thought id see a day, but you see it one day after the president gives the order, and who is doing the redactions . Somebody a few doors down from the president , the National Security council. Theyre doing it in defiance of the president s orders. The fbi, theyve been doing it for two or three years. Chris wray has the greatest ropeadope in American History going on. Gina haspel at the cia. And, listen are, i dont doubt any of their commitments to public service. I doubt their willingness to lou why not . To follow the lawful instructions. You know what . They have to answer for themselves. Ive been call or for transparency for two years. Ive sued to get a lot of these documents. The president should personally hold them accountable. Lou what is, whats Robert Obrien doing . What is he doing . I doubt it got to his level. Once he saw this today that is right. Listen, i doubt he did the redactions himself. Hes a busy guy, he just brought two isis terrorists to justice yesterday. But you know what . The second this happened this morning, he should have walked in to the president of the United States and say, boss, im going get rid of all that black ink and release that document. Its 5 00 in the afternoon. Its still just as redacted as we went into the morning with. Lou well, im sure Robert Obrien doesnt consider his responsibilities and duties to be 95. Im [laughter] seriously questioning good point. Lou everything about Robert Obrien right now, and i am seriously considering why so many people who have at least publicly taken a posture of support for the president now are deifying him defying him. And there is even a change in their wording, in their tone, their public remarks, those who, in point of fact, have been important in some of the declassifications and reelite to the public. There is release to the public. There is a very different attitude right now after the president s order. Do you have a sense what that change, what motivates that change . Listen, i could go tomorrow and show the president the 40 most Important Documents that would change the debate about russia and ukraine forever. The question is can he he get his own staff to release them. He knows what they are, i know what they are, devin nunes, lindsey graham, chuck grassley, ron johnson. There are 40 or 50 documents, thats all we need for the American Public to get the truth. Weve waited three years and now weve got less than 30 days. The president should get the documents himself and put them out on twitter, let the American Public decide for themselves. Stop letting the permanent bureaucracy dictate american electoral politics. Lou is it appropriate for the president to send the u. S. Marshals at whatever the appropriate agency is into those, into those departments to those agencies and say clearly, heres the order, follow it or follow me . Yeah. I think its even simpler. Dont bother with the marshals. Just have the documents delivered to my desk tomorrow unredacted. Thats all the president has to do. Its over. Lou john solomon, thank you very much as always. Appreciate it. Up next, joe biden fails once again to say if he will plan to pack the Supreme Court. White House Communications director Alyssa Farrah joins us right after these quick messages. Please see yourself. Welcome back to the mirror. And know youre not alone. Because this is not just a mirror, its an unstoppable community. Come on jesse, one more its every workout. Come on you two, lets go for everyone. So join in now. And see your best self. In the mirror. Lou china joe biden says theres no need for voters to know whether he supports packing the Supreme Court. Take a listen to what he said today. Theyll know my opinion on Court Packing when the election is over. Now, look, i know its a great question, and i dont blame yall for asking. But you know the moment i answer that question, the headline in every one of your papers will be about that. Other than, other than focusing on whats happening now. Lou well, what is happening now, and why are the American People even putting up with that nonsense . Joining us tonight, white House Communications director Alyssa Farrah. Alyssa, great to have you with us. I want to start with the stimulus package weve heard a lot about negotiations. The president has broken it down, if you will, to a la cart, individual packages. Pelosi says, no, she wants the comprehensive 2. 6 trillion behemoth that would send money across, of course, blue states that are desperate for budget relief. Tell us whats going on. Where are we . Yeah, absolutely. The most important thing for the president is that we get needed aid to hard working americans who lost income through no fault of their own. As he said when he wisely walked away from what was a bad deal from the speaker, 2. 2 trillion loaded with liberal priorities and not addressing the core issues, he came back and said im willing to do this piecemeal. Im willing to do a skinny approach, and he highlighted the ppp payments to americans, getting direct payments to americans as well as securing some form of airline aid. Were willing to negotiate, were willing to even add on to those three items. But what were not willinged to do is sign off on some sort of massive omni sort of legislation loaded with bailouts for liberal cities. Lou well, and, you know, people across the country, were looking at a 3 trillion deficit for fiscal 2020. Its no wonder that he is very concerned about that. The prospects for pelosi seem absolutely like zero to deal with, you know, direct payments to individuals who need the money desperately, as the president has said, and for Small Business and for the airlines who furloughed tens of thousands of their employees. Our hope is that Speaker Pelosi is going to hear directly from her constituents and members of her caucus are going to start to feel the political heat of her political intransigence. She has not at any point brought down her offer. Ill remind you President Trump, we started at 1 trillion, and we actually came up to 1. 6. And, again, trillion with a t. These are not small sums we are talking about. Lou right. Were committed to getting the aid needed to millions of americans. The speaker is not. Lou so lets turn to the other part of the speakers day in which she said that tomorrow shell talk about the 25th amendment, apparently talking about a commission for the 25th amendment. She is acting very strangely, and im wondering whether or not she needs to be examined very carefully. What do you think . I mean, honestly, its an about of sheer desperation. First they tried mueller, then they tried impeachment, now theyre going to try the 25th a amendment . Four years in they still refuse to accept this is the elected president of the United States whos working hard for the American People. But honestly, lou, i think its kind of transparently political and desperate by Speaker Pelosi. I think this is something that the American People see and its, frankly, laughable. And i kind of wish that the media would more directly cover some of her bizarre and ridiculous comments, the way they fever usually lou dont bother, alyssa. You know, thats very nice to wish that. This is the corporate leftwing media. They mean exactly what theyre doing. They mean to work as a united front against the president you serve there at the white house, and it is now, i hope, you know, clear to every american what this president has been up almost by himself fighting against this awesome and economic political power that is rolling the American People as of right now. Iowa sis saw alyssa, great to have you with us, thanks so much. Up next, more on the president s recovery from the china virus. Well take it up with one of the countrys leading experts on intech chose diseases. Dr. Ian lipkin joins us. Lou our guest tonight, one of the First American doctors allowed into wuhan to study the china virus. He contracted the virus in march and recovered. Hes also told us back in may about regenerons antibody cocktail, one of the drugs used to help treat President Trump and which he was very enthusiastic about as a, as a therapeutic against this deadly disease. Joining us tonight is dr. Ian lipkip, director for the center for infection and immunity at Columbia University lipkin. Doctor, it is great to see you, and also just wanted to give you great credit as well not only in your advanced and early enthusiasm for regeneron which the president credits as not just a therapy, but a cure, but also your mass a ma therapy and ask you plasma therapy and ask you, first, how is that going, and how optimistic are you about its broader application . Good to be with you, lou. Particularly after all these months. Yeah, i was enthusiastic about regeneron, and im also still enthusiastic about it and plasma therapy, though we dont yet have all the information we need to be certain that it works in all situations, and we may find that there are niches where its most effective. We began the trials in new york, but as the pandemic moved on, we were unable to complete them there, so weve moved to brazil. Now, weve been treating patients with very severe disease. Thus far the data safety monitoring board which tracks what we do has not told us that we have an effect either so dramatic that either everyone should get it or no one should get it. So its going to take a while yet, another few weeks before that trial is complete. Even if we dont find a substantial benefit in people who are what we call sort of the hail mary pass when Everything Else has failed, it may still be useful in early disease. And i think this is what you saw this week. Its the implementation, the antibody therapy early in the disease. Its a function really of the way the antibody therapy works. It binds to the outside of the virus, and it prevents it from entering the cells. Lou right. Well, i want to play for the audience, if we may, some of the video from the president s tweet about regeneron and what he is promising to the American People, if we could see the president. I want you to get the same care that i got. I got incredible care at walter reed. The incredible doctors, and this med e sin in particular one medicine was unbelievable. Youre going to get the same medicine, youre going to get it free, no charge. And were going to get it to you soon. And the nice part is its made by a number of companies, its totally safe, but its powerful against this disease. Lou the president doing exactly what youre suggesting, making regeneron available to everyone free. Thats quite a statement. Your reaction to the president s offer. Well, lou, i think we need to figure out where this therapy is most effective. So its important to recognize that the drug works in different ways. He had many drugs. Remdesivir, which is a drug works once the virus is already inside of cells and is reproducing itself. Lou right. Then you have the antibodies and plasma therapy that are presumably useful in preventing virus from getting into cells in the first place. And then you have the immune stimulant of which hes taking several as well. It may not be the case that everyone requires the same sorts of drugs or the same sort of recipe. Were going to have to figure out through what we call controlled trials what is most effective and how its most effective. This is really an era of what we call precision medicine. Lou yeah. And i think its clear to all americans right now, most americans certainly, that medicine and science have been learning throughout. Weve watched the death rate drop dramatically from the early peaks in this country, and thats because physicians, doctors, scientists, researchers i was about to say like you, but there are not many like you, youre at the forefront finding ways to cure people and to preserve their lives. It is, this is just another step, but it seems a very important one when a cocktail can be put together of cocktails to bring a president whos 74 years old around in, what, 72 hours, thats pretty impressive for anyone. So let me ask you this, as we are lou, let me just lou i want to get [inaudible conversations] lou please. The most important thing we can do right now is to prevent people from getting sick in the first place. Please, wear your mask. Lou right. Yeah. I think, i think thats clear. I think if thats not clear to folks, i know there are some who are stubborn about it, but i think most people i see now are masked at appropriate times and places, and thats encouraging. Its also, i think, very important for us to understand that science is still learning. The cdc, for example, which has made a number of large mistakes over the course of time has corrected those mistakes, and no one is sitting here saying, well, you know, you did this, you said masks werent helpful here, and you said that the spacing would be sufficient here. We have now learned that the thing is airborne, and we dont even know for sure in what, you know, what the challenges and threats are from the virus as a result necessarily. So, yes, we understand. Lets go to your plasma therapy and where are we with that, very quickly if we can, doctor. Just to say that the people with severe disease, that project is almost done. Its being completed in brazil. For people with mild disease or people with early disease, this would best characterize what President Trump had, early in the course of infection that study is only just beginning. But weve found new ways in which we can characterize plasma so we can identify those that have the highest activity, those who are the most likely to be useful neutralizing the virus. So all of this is moving, as you said, at warp speed. And the soup terrorists in the u. S. Are the best in the world, and theyre working all the time trying to find solutions for these problems. Lou right. Yeah. And doing so, as the operation is called warp speed. Doctor, its great to have you with us, its good to see you looking so well. We appreciate it and come back soon, if you will. We love having you on the broadcast. Dr. Ian lipkin. Up next, the nbas campaign against socalled systemic racism tanking their ratings. Were talking alltime low ratings. Well talk with Christopher Rufo who knows all about the failed ideas of social justice warriors. And order my new book, the trump century, available right now at loudobbsshop. Com. Loudobbsshop. Com. Bring your Family History to life like never before. Get started for free at ancestry. Com lou game four of the nba finals, the leagues third lowestrated finals game ever. 7. 5 Million Viewers watched tuesdays game. That was down 40 . Its poor ratings, the nba is finely struggling for parity, it seems, with its Sister Organization the wnba. Joining us tonight, Christopher Rufo, filmmaker, fellow at the conservative think tank the discovery institute, and christopher, its great to have you with us. I lets start with this, this nonsense with Critical Race Theory. The social justice nonsense, in my opinion, because it is tied to these marxist groups. You can deal with all of these issues civil rights, human rights, however you want to style it, but when you start telling people how to think and changing what is fact in your presentation as we have seen in so many places including the federal government, universities, every american should be very alarmed about it. Most americans are great people. They dont like racism, racism in the any form anywhere. Or any less do they detest it than anyone else. Your thoughts about a what youve been able to achieve particularly at the University Level in moving Critical Race Theory out of, out of the higher education. Yeah. What weve seen is that when progressives and academics and media i elites frame the discourse in terms of their favorite euphemisms, they do quite well. But what happens when you hold them down to specifics, ive done that through my investigative reporting, and when you actual penetrate through the euphemisms and actually ask real questions, their positions just collapse. Theyre not popular with the majority of americans. We see that with the nba, with other woke corporations that are signaling to their counterparts in the elite media, in the d. C. New york corridor but what plays well in the boroughs of brooklyn doesnt play well in Middle America where the vast majority of people live. And i think the goal is really to tackle this problem head on, to break down their euphemisms, break down their manipulation of language and expose the actual lou give us ideologies of the American People. Lou give us a quick example of language that is, that youre referring to. Yeah. In the president ial debate, it was, you know, Racial Sensitivity Training that was kind of the smoke screen euphemism for Critical Race Theory. Weve seen it as when violent riots become mostly peaceful protests. These are all a kind of form of linguistic manipulation that tries to kind of hide the truth and do it in a pleasantsounding way to persuade people. But, again, you have to really hit people with those specifics and uncover the language for what it really is. Lou and how much progress are you, is the country making in getting people to understand what is that this is a Disinformation Campaign, it is, actually, its very typical of a Disinformation Campaign in any country. Give us your view on that. Well, it has to accelerate. Frankly, we are in the midst of a very important election, we have only weeks to go. The president , republicans and conservatives need to put this into high gear and expose whats really happening on our streets and in our cities before its too late. Lou yeah. The problem . Those most complicit in pushing this project happen to be the corporateowned leftwing media. Christopher rufo, ing thanks for being with us. We appreciate it. Look forward to talking with you soon.
